it is a bit dark as it is a lower-ground floor (which was never mentioned in the ad) and the fridge was not working properly.

It was advertised as “bright” which we didn’t find The place was clean but the peeling paint on the walls and the contacted kitchen made the place feel dingy especially for the amount of money we paid There was an alarm constantly going off under the sink and the fridge wasn’t working properly The place was cold and the main shower temperature was hard to adjust from being too hot The people above woke us up every morning around 6ish The entrance was dangerous and a part from the location I wouldn’t recommend sorry to be negative Thank you

The price and location was amazing!

There was black mold in the bathroom and up the stair from lower bathroom and the shower water was cold, it never warmed up. The paint was peeling in some places, which it happens but might want to look into that.

not a lot

honestly there is so many things we didn’t like. Firstly the communication was terrible! They booked an inspection for surveying the property at 9am, which meant that we had to go out of our way to let someone we didn’t know into the property to inspect all the damage at the property with only half a days notice. The inspector that came felt so bad that he made them re-book the appointment because even he said it was unprofessional. Secondly communication was unprofessional and because I messaged them at 1pm they just assumed we left at 1pm and tried to take $30 from our damage bond, even though if they asked we actually left on time. The walls are peeling, there’s damage to the cupboards and couch with stains, there’s dust and dirt in all the cupboards, dishes were dirty, front entrance was wet and dirty, the shower was broken so you had a little trickle of water coming out of the shower and it was cold water not hot. No washing powder to wash the clothes, the dryer part of the washer/dryer didn’t work. You can hear everything above you in the apartment above. The travel to central London was a little far with it costing a fair bit to get anywhere. There is definitely better places to stay and I would not recommend! will never be coming back to stay here again.

the location and area was good

it was in the basement, booking process was cumbersome with selfies required and 6 pages of instructions and rules. Have not received safety deposit of 250£ yet.

The location is nice and when we reported missing towels, etc., the staff helped us.

I have to say that it was pretty disappointing. First, the pictures in the advertisement do not match at all with the current state of the property. The couches are diferente and pretty dirty and stained. You can notice that there is no maintenance and the worst part is the dust and dirt. The property was not cleaned, you could see also a lot of webs and spiders, so the apartment looked even more unkempt and dirty. Also, when we arrived there were trash bags in the entrance so you can imagine how unwelcoming was the first impression of the place. The WiFi only works properly in the living room, but in the rooms was pretty weak. Another issue was one of the bathrooms, the ceiling was that low that when you were entering to the bath tub you can not take a shower standing (I am only 1.60 cm, and I was already hitting the ceiling), so it was not comfortable and can not be used by taller people. About the towels and bed sheets, despite we booked for a group they were not prepared and did not leave enough linen and towels for the number of people. Also there was no bed deck for the sofa, I needed to call and ask for them to bring the missing things and despite we requested it, we only received the towels and sheets but not the bed deck for the sofa. Also, the curtains in the rooms were not good, so light was passing through really early in the morning.
