Nourdin and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful! Everyone was super friendly and kind. The Riad is beautiful and very well located.

the lobby is just gorgeous, the personnel is exceptional.

the room is in very bad shape. water everywhere in the shower, uncomfortable beds and bathroom smells bad. I was asked to give a 10 on the review. that’s not honest.

The best, best of this Riad is the staff. All of them, yes! but specially Mahmoud Hamzi. He is very responsible for performing his job functions as very competent, productive, helpfull, etc. A very valued member of the team in the Riad. He completes job functions at more than expected levels for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Mahmoud, Thank you very much for your kindness. You are awasome!

M Nouredine was a very kind and friendly man. He always helped us with all questions. The riad and the Breck fast was marvelous and the service perfect. Also the rooms. We come back

Nordin welcome us with a smile . gentleman that now how to make you fill good and to anjoy you stain.

All of the staff were wonderful. Made you feel at home from the minute you arrived. A charming Riad with beautiful appointments. Norden was a fantastic host!

Beautiful Riad! The rooms were very large and the staff were super helpful. We had dinners both nights in the Riad and it was delicious. We had a great time.

Beautiful riad right in the heart of the medina. Very good breakfast. The staff were very welcoming.

The bathroom was a little outdated, hot water took a long time to come and it would take a long time for the water to drain in the shower.

great place to stay when visiting Fez, location, breakfast, relaxing while having a marvelous tea, and most importantly the people, both Mahmoud and Norbin were incredible, some nice chats we had! hoping to be back again.

The staff was so helpful and kind! Nouredine was incredible. We had an amazing hammam and massage too. Lovely place with beautiful decor and rooms.

Breakfast was nice but heavy on bread and sweets.

Beautiful Riad

Didn’t have any soap or shampoo.

If you gonna visit FEZ you must stay in this riad. Localized in the beautiful old medina that can be confused to anyone, but you have signals in the street that direct you to the Riad. The house is amazing, you have like a open air area to rest/take breakfast near to amazing swimpool that you can use always, the bedrooms are very comfortable with a tradicional arabic design that make a unique experience. Further that the riad have a rooftop with amazing view to medina. The best was the all Staff, always available to help with what you need. You can talk with riad to ask for like a Taxi to pick you in airport with a very good price, and its the best way to reach the Riad. The breakfast as also very good with traditional food of morrocos. Iam sure that i Will return one day

Riad Amor exceeded by far our expectations! The staff was great with us, always caring and helpful whenever needed. They were always concerned with us, asking if everything was alright and if we needed something. Our room was cleaned everyday with great conditions. They provided us with information and an incredible guide who showed us the Medina and incredible places. I highly recommend to ask for Jawed. Another amazing thing was the dinner, it was just our group and the food, the spot just by the pool gave us a great memory with another level of comfort.

Super friendly staff, Mahmoud, Ihaj, yovnes nordine and said.. always happy and helpful with everything. Riad is beautiful and well maintained, refreshing pool and lovely terrace.

The breakfast was amazing. The pool super relaxing and the staff super attencious.

The room where they accommodated us was fantastic, it had a terrace with an incredible view. The orange juice was amazing. The girl who served us when we arrived treated us beautifully, the gentleman who served breakfast, despite not speaking English, was super friendly.

Breakfast had some flaws. Despite repeated requests to be served fruit, they were ignored almost every day. Breakfast had a variety of Moroccan food options, but very few for a European breakfast. It wasn't a buffet and there were no healthy options. I requested lactose-free options in advance, because my sister is allergic and there was no such option.

very nice staff, good breakfast, rooms are nice and with all facilities , nice views, very good located to get quickly access to a taxi and also in the Medina

massage was ok but not top, beers 6 euro but that is the price in every riad, upstairs a bit unclean on the terrace
