The room had an unpleasant odor, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn't meet our expectations either. The staff appeared to be irresponsible, and our experience during the buffet breakfast was quite unsatisfactory.

The hotel is luxurious and quite clean. We liked the room service provided, and the hotel is in the city's center, which helped us navigate easily to the bus stand or train station. The local autos and taxis also found it easy to locate Apollo Dimora while dropping us back at the hotel. The food/buffet for breakfast and dinner was awesome. We did not see such variety of food anywhere else while our stay in Kerala.

We landed in Trivandrum by 6 am and reached the hotel in 35-40 mins. Although the check-in time was 11 am, we requested the person at reception to allot us a room because our booking was confirmed. But he did not allot us a room. We had to wait until 12-1 pm, and then check-in. It would be great if they could consider early check-in.
