The view from the room was excellent and the ambience was very relaxing.

Food is very very costly.

Good view, we could see sunset from the room!

We booked air conditioned rooms and got confirmation from booking.com. But hotel gave us non AC rooms and claimed that air conditioned rooms means room fitted with air condition device!! Moreover the rooms were not clean, the bed sheets looked like it was not changed and had lot of stains.. we asked them to change and the changed sheets were still with stains. The swimming pool was full of dirt with cockroaches and spiders and other dirt. They told it's cleaned but it seems the water is not changed for more than 2 months!! Very very disappointed for the experience!

Lead executive at lobby had a attitude problem with improper gesture and food facility is not available throughout the stay, thanks to zomato for helping us !!

Location is very mesmerizing and staff especially pramod was very nice. Food was good. The best part was the boat ride from reception to resort. I would recommend everyone to visit the resort.

Small (21 rooms) , hence rather personal, because the staff is very friendly and competent, this can be considered an asset. Should be very restful, except the week of the badhrakali festival when there is music, some would call it noise, all day and most of the nights. Good food with enough choice and some exciting local specialities. Offers Ayurvedic treatments from one to four weeks.

No easy access to the beach, Rather dangerous sea. Because all staff are very friendly, it is impossible to tip them all. A general “tip-box” would have been welcome.

The location is beautiful but more recreational facilities to be added , if private beach was there then this property would be the best .

The property is situated in a beautiful location with an amazing view of the backwaters and the sea. Amenities provided were really good. One needs to take the boat(present at the property) to avail the restaurant facilities. Couple of rooms are also located on the other side of the backwaters. This was a really nice experience

Property really needs to clean up the dirt in the surroundings. It really is taking away the charm of the resort. The buffet breakfast could have been a little better.
