The owners are super welcome and friendly! The little map and introduction of options to visit was very helpful! The room that we had does not look too much as what it’s on the pictures… it’s not bad but either amazing. You get what you need for a night or two - a bed to sleep. It has a plus tho with the airco,quite need it on Palenque :)

The bathroom was not nice and there were many insects inside the room. In total, it should be cleaner.

Very friendly staff, they made sure everything was good. Lovely big bed and very functional room with everything necessary.

The AC must have been a bit old and dripped a lot of water the second time of use. The room was very tidy, but was mouldy in some places.

This is a great family run hotel.Amaury his mother and his sister were all so helpful with telling us what you could do in an around Palenque.Amaury's recommendation of visiting the waterfall at El Salto was amazing! Their friendliness and help was excellent!

Clean, v. helpful English speaking staff, WIFI and Tv.

At the end of town 10 mins walk to the centre.

- the pool - the cats around - the sower got nice and warm (just give it a littel of time) - the location was a 5 min walk from the main square

- the whole place did not seem hygienic

The woman who ran it was very nice and friendly she answered lots of questions and let us check in right after our night bus, we really appreciated this. When we checked out, we could stay chilling in the hotel and she even let us use the downstairs bathroom to have a shower. The hotel was the other side to the ado bus station but close to a square with restaurants and bars so you could find what you wanted.

Rooms and facilities were a little run down and could maybe use an upgrade, also not the cleanest, wouldn't recommend for a long stay.

We got ill and the staff was sooooo helpful! They Even called the doctor and bought us food and Drinks. The extension of the booking was easy. Thank you so much!

The staff (Fatima) was so welcoming and helpful! Really made our stay a joy. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main square. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The hotel was a bit on the outside of the center of Palenque. But on the other hand just a short and safe walk.

The location was perfect. Collectivo to ruins was 5 min away. Ado was 10 min and the central park/restaurant area was 2 min . Bought my transportation to Agua Azul at the property as well (much cheaper than on line. Owner and her daughter (daughter speaks great English) are as kind as you could hope.

Ac could be a bit colder, but I'm a white guy from canada.... in the jungle. During winter..... not allowed to complain about being too hot.

Super cute rooms - basic, but perfect for discovering Palenque!

Could need renovation in some corners - but for the price it's totally fine!

I travelled with 3 friends what made the 3-bed bedroom the ideaal room for us. the staff was super friendly and was willing to help out any time. showers were warm as well and WiFi was good. The only thing that you can keep in mind is that in the evening the outer door is closed and you do not have the key. However, the staff is always there to let you in, it does add extra safety.

Free drinking water at the front desk. Giant bed, good TV, very helpful and friendly proprietors.

The communication before our stay was already very nice with helpful tips about tours and everything in Palenque. When we arrived we had a nice chat and the owner helped us to plan the next day with local places to go.

The rooms are quite old and need to be repainted and renewed.
