Location was very good. Five min walk to shops, station and small supermarket. 7-Eleven located below hotel. Can catch lift to basement to enter store. Rooms are small but perfectly fine.

Lifts felt slow but perhaps because it was just busy and wee were 12th floor.

La posizione non l’ho trovata eccezionale ma la zona è molto tranquilla.

The girl staff at reception had really bad behaviour. With us.. I kindly ask her to repeat what she told me cause i didn't understand.. And she simply reply with loud voice with no care at all

La chambre offre un bon rapport qualité-prix et est confortable. La vue depuis la chambre était belle, ce qui ajoutait un plus à notre séjour. L'accueil était charmant et le personnel très courtois. Akasaka Station à 5min à pied, Tameike-sannō à 10min. Présence d'un 7-Eleven à l'étage B1 s'est révélée extrêmement pratique.

Quand l'avion atterrit à 6h et que le check-in est à 15h, c'est dur ! Etroit à deux, c'est quand même possible mais pas + de 2 valises. Une légère odeur dans la chambre. Bien qu'elle soit présente, on l'oublie vite et cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour.

Spotlessly clean room, in a great location, within easy walking distance of two metro stations and the fantastic neighbourhood of Akasaka. The rooms are a little on the small side (as is typical in Japan) but well equipped (fridge, hair dryer etc)and very clean. Pyjamas are also provided - a nice touch! Would definitely recommend

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut nahe der U-Bahn-Station Akasaka. Ich hatte die negativen Bewertungen erst nach der Buchung gelesen, muss aber sagen, dass unser Zimmer im 2. Stock völlig in Ordnung war. Es war sauber, wurde jeden Tag geputzt, Bettwäsche, Matratze und Handtücher wirkten neu. Auch die in Japan übliche Ausstattung mit Pyjamas und zahlreichen guten Pflegeprodukten war selbstverständlich vorhanden. In unserem Zimmer gab es auch keinerlei Anhaltspunkte für Ungeziefer - wir haben das nach Warnhinweisen aus anderen Bewertungen gründlich geprüft. Das Zimmer war eher klein und man musste aus dem Koffer leben, das ist aber in den meisten japanischen Hotels normal. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr praktisch ist der 7/11 im Untergeschoss mit eigenem Zugang zum Hotel.

Das Frühstück fanden wir etwas enttäuschend, wir sind dann lieber in die Cafés in der Umgebung gegangen. Ein größeres Manko war leider, dass das Zimmer sehr hellhörig war und offenbar Wasserleitungen daran vorbei führten, so dass man ständig das Wasser aus den oberen Stockwerken vorbei rauschen hörte, was Abends bzw. Nachts gestört hat.

Todo perfecto, muy limpio, y personal amable. La habitación no es enorme pero no tuvimos ningún problema de espacio. Para dejar las maletas y descansar todo genial. La zona tiene muchos restaurantes cerca, pero no resulta muy turística y agobiante de gente, por lo que es perfecta. Además, cuenta con varias paradas de metro cerca, de distintas líneas, que te permite moverte a zonas más turísticas con facilidad.

No hay nada que no me gustase.

Location is close to train station. Nice sized room, great bathroom with separate shower and tub. Polite and efficient front desk and wonderful restaurant.

Le confort, la simplicité d’usage, la proximité avec la résidence de notre famille.

Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer auf der achten Etage und dadurch zwei Fenster, wodurch viel Licht in das Zimmer kam. Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage ist schön ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an verschiedenen Metro Stationen. Man ist innerhalb von ein paar Stationen in Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza etc. Der Seven Eleven Store ganz unten ist super praktisch!

Gerne dürfte etwas mehr Staub in den Zimmern gewischt werden.

The location is ok, it’s near two train lines. There’s a super market with fresh fruits and juice 7 min away, there’s a 7-11 store around the corner, it’s in a quiet neighborhood which was very nice. There a major street lined with restaurants and Spas that are 7 min walk.

The room is small

The hotel is clean and has a fantastic location. The bed was extremely comfortable. My room was a bit small, but there are other rooms that are bigger. It is clean and you can get the train to whatever location you want. I would return here for sure.

The hotel itself is very nice and modern, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. There is option to store bags for free. The room itself was quite small (but normal for Japan), but it had all the necessary amenities, and the stay was still quite comfortable. The area Akasaka is not as bustling as Shibuya or Shinjuku, so not ideal if you want to be more central, but the hotel is still pretty close to metro (~5-10 min walk) and other areas of town like Roppongi.

Small room but very clean! Wonderful staff. Easy walk from metro stop. Close to 7/11 and Lawsons. Close to restaurants. Quiet. Free Laundry (washer and dryer-only had to pay for soap)

Der 7-Eleven im Untergeschoss war hervorragend. Die Reservierung eines Parkplatzes hat gut funktioniert und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend bei Telefonanrufen zu Behörden. Die Lage war hervorragend zwischen zwei Haltestellen von zwei verschiedenen Linien. Und der Tee auf dem Zimmer

Good location, in between two subway entries ~300-400m each way. A lot of cafes/ restaurants in the area to eat at. Directly above a 7/11 which was convenient Laundry was easy to use- 50 yen (50cents) for washing powder, washing machine & dryer were free of charge. A clean & basic room, comfy bed.

The hotel didn't have any communal areas to relax in besides a few couches in the reception area, which isn't a deal breaker but it can be nice to have a tea/ coffee and relax somewhere that's not in your small room. Part of our reason for staying here was the gym facility. It was a good space, but dumb bells only went to 5kg. 2x treadmills worked well, there was also a bike & elliptical. For some reason other hotel guests put the heater on while they were working out, and one person even walked in and cranked it up to 27 degrees (celcius) without asking anyone.. certainly that was a luck of the draw about other people in the gym at the same time, but just something to be aware of

Really good location although not quite nearby the station but the hotel locates in a very nice place. There are many restaurants and convenience shops around, including one in the same building.
