Kamers zijn op hoge etages. Dat is aangenaam. Bar met uitzicht over de stad. Koffie en water gratis op de kamer.

Het zwembad is enkel van 09:00-19:00 uur open. Dus voor werk gaan zwemmen lukt niet. Badkamer is klein voor de prijs van je kamer. Niet voldoende opbergruimte en douche spoot horizontaal ipv een goeie douche. Zeker voor 5 sterren verwacht je meer comfort op de kamer.

This was our third stay in 12 years at the Cerulean Tower. We just love this place! It's a grand modern hotel high on a hill above the exciting Shibuya area, with easy access to all of Tokyo. The staff are remarkably attentive and helpful and are a major part of the experience. Breakfast is superb and there are many outstanding options for lunch and dinner. our room views of Tokyo have been breathtaking! It seems to us that the price of this hotel is particularly affordable for a top-tier luxury hotel in Tokyo.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut und ist liegt nahe an der Shibuya Crossing sowie an der Bahnstation. Das Zimmer ist gross und bietet genügen Platz für unsere Koffer. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Fitnessraum ist gut ausgestattet. Unterhalb vom Hotel gibt es sogar ein 7-eleven Shop was wir sehr gut fanden. Im gross und ganzen haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen in diesem Hotel.

Wir haben das Doppelbett etwas klein gefunden. Im Bad lief oder funktionierte die Lüftung nicht richtig. Ebenfalls hatten wir nicht sehr viel Möglichkeiten im Bad Sachen aufzuhängen, was wir sehr schade gefunden haben.

The location is amazing, you’re in the heart of Shibuya. The hotel staff all great, very welcoming and helpful with any needs and wants that we had.

The rooms felt a bit outdated especially for the price but other than that great hotel.

Within three weeks we stayed twice at the hotel. The first time 5 nights the second two nights. The hotel and everything about it were excellent on our first visit. Also the second one was very good but there were twofaults about it. 1. The light in the bathroom wasn't sufficient. The hotel service was very kind and tried to fix it, but with no success. . The Eventually they soplied us with an extra lamp which almost solved the problem. The service man was extremely nice and really tried his best. small problem was that when we returned to our room in the evening our room was not fixed. We complained and it was 2. Great location and attentive staff . Rooms were very clean. Excellent fitness center and lap pool, which we could use with the concierge level room.

The rooms were very quiet and the view form the window was outstanding. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom products were lovely. The breakfast on the lobby floor was really tasty and better than the executive floor one. We had a breakfast of fresh orange juice, waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon every morning. We had dinner one night in the Japanese restaurant and the food was delicious and the service excellent.

I did not see any hotel activities. Would be nice to have an opportunity for a tea ceremony, flower arrangement, cooking class or meditation class etc that I have seen that other hotels offer. Otherwise I cannot think of anything that I didn't like.

Great location, clean, comfortable, and very friendly/helpful staff. Very good food/drinks at the hotel.

No kids allowed in pool, as it was part of the fitness center.

Had everything we needed for our 5 night stay with a small infant. The staff were responsive and flexible (ex: with cleaning) since we had the baby. The provided crib was perfect. They even gave us baby toiletries.

The fridge wasn’t as cold as I would prefer since we were storing baby milk. But the staff was more than happy to send us buckets of ice for our thermos.

Good Location, Few Minutes walk to Shibuya Crossing, Staff was Friendly and Helpful, the Room Size was Great for Any Solo Traveller or Couple, Highly Recommeded to anyone who wish to Stay around Shibuya.

We stayed in a superior king room for the extra space and it was so worth it as a family. That bath tub + shower combo was amazing. They upgraded us to the executive lounge floor, which was amazing. Our baby couldn't go into the lounge (understandably), but we could still go in one at a time and grab snacks or drinks to bring to our room. The views from our room and the lounge were incredible. They also have a 7-11 on the 2nd floor, and are a stop on the limo bus line. That was perfect for us after a 14 hr flight. It's so close to shibuya station, but it's very quiet. We never heard another guest in the rooms near us.
