La rigidité de leur règlement ; pas d'accueil après 19h. Après plus de 12h de vol ce n'est pas ma faute si on arrive le soir dans un pays pour la première fois, fait la queue pour le contrôle de police et encore attendre les bagages puis le bus. Arrivée à l'arrêt du bus, chercher l'hôtel. Le manque de permanence quand il y a des réservations n'est pas habituel.j'etais obligée de me chercher et payer un hôtel alors que j'en ai un de réservé !

불친절의 끝판왕입니다. 남자 직원님 정말 말투도 안 좋고 직원들한테만 친절한 모습 불쾌했습니다. 시설 더럽구요 청소 최악이고요. 방안에 와이파이 없습니다. 사실상 불편함과 더러움의 집합체입니다. 돈 더 주고 다른 곳 가세요! 피하세요!

地理位置對於想要靠近海雲台但又不想負擔太多房價的人還不錯 附近該有的設施也有 對於離地鐵站一小段距離還好 因為公車方便可以克服 櫃檯人員英文程度都不錯 吹風機不是固定在牆上那種 是風力強大的這點很棒

1.房間暗到一個誇張 對於有化妝需求的人甚是不方便 2.住的這間淋浴間的門很卡 開關門都有蠻大的噪音 3.四人房每個人一張卡 但房間沒有插卡就無法有電 假使自己卡片插住的人離開房間前需要跟其他不認識的人說一聲 請他們換自己的房卡不然會立刻斷電 4.房間沒有wifi 對於網路大國的韓國 這點真的蠻扣分 只有一樓有

For a hostel I liked that there were private rooms and the toilet and showers were really nice

The hostel is modern, room is very spacious so plenty of space to move around, restroom is also inside the room so it is convenient. Staff speaks English very well and GS25 is just opposite.

There is only wifi on the 1st floor and during my stay the elevator is out of order so it was quite a challenge to go up and down to 5th floor.

Staff was friendly. You have a lot of provacy in your little room. Staff managed to keep the hostel very clean. Location is good, close to the beach and the strip. About 10 minutes away from the subway. Overall ok. I had a bloke smoking something in my room. The staff immediately assinged me to a different room. That was nice.

Was not able to store my baggage on my last day. The staff managed to keep the hostel very clean. Howevet, some guests managed to mess it up over and over again. There is a common area, but it is in a different building so there is not really a social aspect about it. The hostel is very quiet. It can get quiet hot in the single bed rooms, as there is no aircon in there.

The lighting in the room was very bad, no WiFI.

Nothing! Terrible experience. Staff is rude and useless. The location is good if you're going with all the tourists to the beach but there are much better hostels out there for a better price. The check in here is until 8pm, it does not matter if you are delayed for whatever reason you are screwed. There were 6 of us who were not able to check in, as for me, I was there since 12:00. No one was there to just notify them I would leave my stuff. Came back at 15:00 still no one, arrived at 20:50 after discovering the city, no one to be found. Luckily other travelers let me into the building along with other 4 Korean ladies that had to leave after trying their best to check in. Another guy left as well, only one guy and myself decided to stay and I could get into my bed, but they count me as a no show and charged an additional fee. The kitchen is a mess, no utensils, the room's AC sounds like the train from the metro, someone had to turn it off in the middle of the night so it was humid and boiling. I am glad I only booked a night cause this is rubbish. Not recommended.

Facilities are new in the white building.

They don’t provide you slippers for shower, there is no staff after 9:00 pm.

The location was within 15 minutes of Haeundae beach so it was perfect to access the beach, excitement of the restaurants and market stalls. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were well maintained.

there was not a social atmosphere to the hostel, so coudl be hard as a solo traveller if you're hoping to meet people. the building I was in, said there was a laundry but myself and other travellers wer unable to locate it

felt dark and humid, the facilities were run down and old. super uncomfortable when we booked a female only dorm room but they had male workers to do clean ups in the hostel where they just barge into your room to clean up, not caring if you were in it or not. scared me badly as I thought there were guys coming in to stay.

It is in a nice area. perfect for tourists to hit the beach, relax or have fun and go to the lighting district area where all the mini statues (etc. Eiffel Tower, moon and heart chairs). It was a colourful area at night and lots of street venders/ restaurants.

the beds were very comfy and you had a bit of privacy because there were doors infront of the bed.

if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage it might not be the best option the lockers are in a different building and require your own lock or you’d have to buy one.

Located near Haeundae Beach, it was perfect for a calmer place to stay in Busan. The room is very spacious and the staff helpful. Only thing, the wifi doesn't work in the room.

It's our second stay here. The location is perfect - near metro station and Haeundae beach. Design is casual, I like it so much 🩷

The room is too dark, and there is no iron, but staying was great anyway. I'll choose this hostel next time again~
