Lovely location next to a craft centre. A lovely, clean, comfortable place to stay close to the Tile and China museums. Plenty of space for 4 adults and a child. There were lovely walks from the apartment, over the footbridge next to the Boat Inn, to the canal, Tar tunnel and China Museum.

One of the mattresses was not the most comfortable and a desk/workspace or dressing table would be helpful. However the host took on the feedback & overall value was superb.

Nice and clean. Good location for the Ironbridge museums. Some of the beds uncomfortable but host was very helpful and I believe is addressing this point based on our feedback. Overall a nice stay.

The apartment was very comfortable, in good condition and well located.

Not really a dislike, just an observation that it's not ideal for the front door to open directly on a bedroom, but once we figured out the use of the yale keys it was fine.

Lovely location with things to do nearby. Well equipped and full of character. We got used to the quirks like hot water from the cold bath tap and turning one basin tap on in the opposite direction to the other. Nice little courtyard gave it a private feel.

Husband could feel the springs in the upstairs bed so not comfortable for him. Space round the beds tight and only a bedside table and light on one side. The blind did not cover the whole of the window so woken by the daylight through the curtains very early. No blind across the glass bricks between downstairs double and lounge so light shone through from lounge windows in the morning and TV in the evening.

The whole place was clean and incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. The host was very easy to contact and all the information she gave was relevant and helpful. The accommodation was simple but very roomy, and incredibly quirky. Some apartments can seem cramped or claustrophobic, but the way the space was used made us all very comfortable.

The bottom door in the bathroom perhaps needed a bit of trimming as it would drag across the floor every time it was opened, which made a very uncomfortable noise. It, unfortunately, kept waking people up in the night, so we ended up leaving it open. The banister upstairs also seemed very loose and wobbly.

In my opinion at least one double bed mattress has reached the end its working life, it is squeaky (noted in a review previously) and the springs are prominent. In my non expert opinion, fire precautions could be strengthened at a small cost. There are no obvious fire extinguishers, guest notes state there is one but this did not appear to be easily available. Similar holiday properties in which I have stayed have an interlinked automatic system of fire detectors covering living areas, bedrooms, kitchen and corridors, there was only one smoke detector in the main living room. Emergency lighting, (rechargeable light/torches ?) would improve safety. A fire escape route plan could be provided, guests may be unfamiliar with escape routes, especially on first night of occupation. Guest notes identify windows at the rear of the property as a risk because of the height from the ground these windows could be fitted with opening restrictors to prevent falls. In at least one bedroom the blind string presents a strangulation hazard for children because it is not secured to the window frame.

Old Mill conversion has loads of character, great location next to the river

The location was perfect. Very quiet, next to the river Severn, within reach of interesting craft shops and a short distance from all the famous museums of the Severn Gorge. The apartment was large and roomy with a lovely kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. There was even a Tassimo coffee machine!

Really clean and very good location to visit Ironbridge. Kitchen area was lovely and beds super comfortable. The host was great at providing information and always happy to answer questions!

Nothing major…..TV could do with an update…doesn’t need to be fancy but something that can access Netflix etc for families would be relatively cheap and easy to remedy.

Great Location with Ironbridge all but on the doorstep and the Mill building itself part of that Industrial History. Enough Walking to wear your boots out!! Excellent friendly pubs within a short walk. Lots to visit (National Trust/English Heritage/ Heritage railway ) within a 40 minute drive radius too. Property charming, comfortable and larger than it looks. Heating/hot water easy to operate. If you wanted to self cater everything is there - a better hob and fridge than my own! Comfy sofa for the 4 of us! Car parking very close and free. Friendly and Helpful Host.

Not a property to book if have you problems with steps due to it being an Historical old mill with different floor levels.

The location was very good and we enjoyed coffee at the nearby cafe and visiting the art and craft shops.
