It was cozy, clean and the breakfast was good.

Excellent location, lovely staff, comfy bed, tasty breakfast. Good facilities.
Please pay attention to fresh berries served at breakfast, some were mouldy. Otherwise, the cooked part of breakfast was excellent!

The breakfast was nice and the host freindly
The twin room was grubby, tatty and very dated. The bathroom was also grubby. I appreciate its a lot for the lady to do on her own but the place needs a good clean!

Glenys is a lovely lady and host and made me feel very welcome. Full English breakfast was great and provided early in the morning as I needed to get away. She is very accommodating to help such as storing my bike in her garage.
The house is in a nice area and is charming. Parking right outside is very handy too.

Decent price for area. Hotels in Telford are surprisingly expensive.
My room may have been the smallest in the house with a single bed and little space for moving around but it served its purpose. Very small TV with antenna hanging off wardrobe - I'm sure this could be improved easily.

A very warm welcome with all the elements of a hotel including off road parking.
Additionally, a hearty breakfast at a time to suit was generous and quality.
All in all good value and one happy guest.
It was great value for money and the only reason I could not give it 10 stars across the board was the shower and space of the ensuite. Although the water was hot and plenty of it.

Very cheap, especially since you get breakfast. Also clean. Good selection of biscuits in the room.
It's a box room in the back end of Telford with a single bed and no ensuite. Holiday Inn Express is palatial by comparison.

The host who was friendly and accommodating
Unfortunately, our room was described as Deluxe room which was disappointing when it was not. It was very tired and could of been cleaner

The breakfast was very nice for a full English. The property although lovely and takes you to years gone by, it could do with a lick of paint and dusting in the areas most people can’t reach. The landlady was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. We had our little dog with us and she was welcomed , that is rare in b&b these days.
I can’t say I didn’t like anything, because the property was as I expected. If I was staying longer than two days then maybe I would reconsider this property. Oh just one thing sharing a bathroom and shower was not the best experience, in fact we waited for a shower at our next destination, not the tidiest of bathrooms .

A warm, genuine and exceptionally friendly welcome from the host. Excellent breakfast.
Booked a room described as "deluxe double bedroom". Room (dirty carpet) very cramped, dusty and generally unloved. Toilet commode not cleaned properly.

Glenys was very gracious welcoming us as we arrived rather late in the day after an eventful journey, showed us around and got us settled in. I hope we didn't disturb her other guest! Breakfast was beyond expectations, we're both fairly light eaters at breakfast so we couldn't do it justice. Rooms clean and tidy, WiFi good, location close to M54 is ideal.
