THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY IS GEAT FOR EXPLORING DEVON AND CORNWALL. THE STUDIO COTTAGE (ONE WITH THE 4 POSTER BED) WAS PLENTY BIG ENOUGH FOR MYSELF, HUSBAND AND 10 YR OLD SON. THE KITCHEN IS WELL EQUIPPED AND THE POOL IS AMAZING AND REALLY WARM

Lovely location. The beds where comfier than anywhere we have ever stayed before. Even more comfier than my own. Facilities excellent. Kitchen well equipped. Complimentary snacks and milk where excellent as it was nice to have these things on arrival. Staff very helpful. Pool was great. Our family loved it here. We will return. Dogs adorable

Rural, swimming pool, dog was cute

But dated but fab

The whole area is very peaceful and you can definately enjoy some silence far away from the busy cities. In terms of the cottages there is pretty much everything you would need for your stay. Kitchen has cutlery, pans, bowls etc. Outside area is a sharing space with the other people staying in the cottages but it is so big that this is not an issue at all as everyone has their own privacy and we barely crossed paths with other guests. Pool is well kept and a great addition to the stay if the weather allows for a dip. Overall we had a fantastic time at Budleigh Farm, hosts are really friendly and nice as well. Will definately return. A massive plus for us was Chloe (the dog), she helped us settle in and was always happy to see us and hang out.

Lovely spacious cottage (flexi), great kitchen and bathrooms, thoughtful touches, beautiful location perfect for walks, meals and cafes. Enjoyed being in a natural farm setting and owner is really pleasant and helpful but unobtrusive.

Only bits I’d add would be some hooks on back of bedroom and bathroom doors and perhaps summer weight duvets (it was cold and wet outside but was still too warm for heavy duvets in July).

It’s absolutely beautiful and characteristic, amazing job of preservation of the cottages and so much care of the garden as well. The host was super helpful and shared a lot of knowledge of the local area. Comfy beds, we were in the cottage with 3 different areas (kitchen, sitting room and bedroom) so plenty of room and we enjoyed cooking more than one meal. An adorable dog and cat also on the premises 😻 It was a peaceful recharging stay, the village is also so pretty and it’s in the middle of natural areas of ‘outstanding beauty’. It’s also a great position to explore nearby areas if one has a car or bike.

Excellent facilities, all of which were of good quality and worked. Particularly impressed with sharp carving knives and toaster. Pleasant and helpful owners. Scrupulously clean.

We feel the bedroom decor and furnishings could do with upgrading. There's a 90s feel about it. Maybe paint the walls white and go for less floral bedding.

Quite location and lovely converted dram building to a cute cottage. Excellent heated outdoor pool that you can swim in even on overcast days.

Little remote if you are planning to do days out in Devon - about a 30 minute drive to almost anywhere apart from Dartmoor. Great spot if you are visiting Dartmoor.

the property is close to a small town. it was in a beautiful location. The property owner was very friendly and welcoming. the pool facility was amazing on the hottest day of the year. would recommend staying here.

Perfect cottage with all the cooking facilities and seating inside and out on a nice sunny day. The pool absolutely made this the best UK stay I have had as the weather was amazing and it felt like we was abroad beside the pool. Hosts are very friendly and there us plenty to do for activities or if you want to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The owners have created very nice holiday accommodation which fit well in this rural area. Parking is convenient, access to the property easy and the accommodation is equipped with everything that visitors might need including some board games and a delightful welcome tray containing snacks and there was fresh milk in the fridge.

The main bed is a sort of mezzanine affair, accessed via a set of wooden steps which was fine but wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility problems or who had a significant fear of heights.

Pool was amazing and the whole place. Will be going back for sure
