Nice little hotel, good pool, good room, shower, comfortable bed and silent airco, 10-15’ walk to central place, we had a good night and great stay!

Free coffee was offered and bike rentals were available. The area was very quiet and safe. Some snacks and beverages were avaible for purchase which was very convenient. I was also impressed that 70 of the energy was supplied through solar panals. The gardens were lovely.

We loved the pool! The staff is friendly and the room is clean. There is warm water, functional WiFi. All in all great value for the price!

the artificial cenote was very dirty! we had to pay for everything on site like the indoor pool… the service at the restaurant was terrible. the servers are on their phones instead of coming to check on the customers. The price of the meals are easily twice the average price of Merida… overall, it is an expensive hotel for what they offer

The place is beautiful, it’s a walking distance from the center of Izamal. The room was quite big, water in the shower was hot with a good flow. No smelly drain and I visited very few places that didn’t have that problem so that’s a real plus !! There is a parking inside. It’s really a great value for money and I had a great night there.

After a day in the Mexican heat, the swimming pool is a very nice asset of the hotel. Ideal if you have a rental car that you want to park. large rooms

Loved the pool. Loved the room. Loved the snacks and bar at the pool. Loved the parking. Beautiful bathrooms. Loved the morning coffee. Wish we had booked 2 nights we liked the hotel and the town so much.

We couldn’t get extra pillows.
