Very comfortable and relaxing. Beds were great, good kitchen facilities

The showers need a little improvement, the shower heads were quite low and getting the water temperature took a while to balance

the staff were pleasant, we were close to shops at Main Beach and close to beach.

Where to begin? Bed in lounge (COT) was an absolute disgrace, yet we had to pay $500 extra for the privlage of it being put in there. There was a leak in the main bathroom, looked like it came from the toilet. the dryer in the wash house didnt work (it was replaced 2 days later) Lack of towles and toilet paper, only had 1 tea towle and they wouldnt give us a fresh one when they replaced the towles (after a week) the spa pool in the indoor area was filthy, the water was brown with a film on top, and the Sauna didnt work. yet in the advert it was sold as a luxury apartment, 110 sqm. i feel that we were given the crappiest room since we got it through Booking .com, and not directly through them. very dissapointed.

Great location. The unit was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed. The staff were GREAT, very friendly and helpful.

Television options seemed a bit limited.
