Although we have stayed on Mykonos before, from now on we will, without question, stay at the Sea Wind Apartments. The apartment suited our needs perfectly. The room was large and ever so clean. It had a spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed. However, the large balcony with its most beautiful view of the Aegean was a definite favorite. Our hosts made us feel welcome and were most gracious and kind. Simply put, the place is a gem.

There is a very, very steep 15 minute walk up to the property if you opt not to spend the 30€ for the taxi up to the property from the port.

Communicating thru Booking.com did not work. If we could have directly contacted our host our arrival would have been smoother.

The room was fantastic with a big balcony overlooking the beach and the sea. The property is really close to Agios Stefanos beach, has a really good restaurant nearby, a convenience store and an ATV rental.

We just came back from a 5 day trip to Mykonos. We stayed in Sea Wind Apartments close to Mykonos New Port. The apartment was great, super clean and with a stunning view from the balcony. The owners are friendly and very willing to assist whenever needed. From the New Port to the Old Port it only takes one bus ride (less than 10 minutes). The busstop is just 200 meters from the apartment. We had a lovely time on Mykonos. Mr Apostolos and wife, thank you for the nice welcome and your great service! We will come back next time with our families.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed to be near the port where we arrived and the airport from where we left and explore Mykonos town and having a nice beach nearby at the same time. The coffee machine was highly appreciated and the terrace view exceptional. The shuttle service is great and at a very reasonable price.

The room was lovely and bright and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and bed linen were lovely. The air conditioning worked really well. There were shutters and blinds on the windows if you wanted to use them. There was a lovely balcony with a small table and two chairs with a nice view down over the beach and out to sea. There were lovely toiletries provided, made in Greece and generous sizes too - loved them, really nice touch. There was a fig tree close to the balcony, with some ripe figs and lovely white painted walls so typical of this area of Greece. The view for sunset was perfect, nicer than down at the beach as you could see over the land at the far side, sunset at the beach happened a little earlier than up on the hillside. We got an airport pick up from the host at additional cost and felt it was worth it, to walk out and have your name there and then not have to explain where we wanted to go was so nice to start off our holiday. We stayed two nights here and felt it was perfect for us, we didn't want to stay in the town. We did get the seabus into Mykonos and back, there's a walk to the port to get it, very hilly, but was lovely to have a little boat trip and you get dropped into the perfect location in the pedestrian area of the town. There is a bus too, but we didn't try that. It's a short walk down to the beach, there are some steps, which seem daunting on first go, but you quickly get used to them and there is a lovely restaurant at the top of the steps too - so you don't have to go down to the beach to eat - although there are some nice options down there too. There's a nice little minimart, with an ATM, beer and souvenirs too, you can buy a beer and sit outside to look at the view.

There were some telephone or electric wires across the view, but cannot be avoided at this height. A shelf in the bathroom would be nice. Nothing to do with the host or place, more the area in general - the walk to the beach or port passes unused lots of land and some of those contain a lot of rubbish, waste - plastic bottles/ empty pain cans. It takes away from the beauty of the area in those places, which is sad to see.

The flat is very nice. It is cleaned every day. The owner, Apostolos, is really nice: he came to pick us up at the airport, brought us back the day we left and made sure every day that everything went well. Finally the view from the terrace is really wonderful and you can enjoy fantastic sunsets from here.

Sad that we staid only 3 days.
