Very close to Hamburg Hbf train station, great price, friendly staff, room had a nice bathroom and beds.

We couldn’t regulate the heating, and it was set on a too hot setting. We were also unfortunately placed next to a noisy neighbor (which is of no blame to the hotel). Rooms are not well insulated from noise.

Perfect location, clean and price / quality a great deal.

Of course don't expect too much for thus price. It's good but if you're picky on everything, just go somewhere where you pay too much.

The room was functional and pretty much as we had expected for the price and based on the reviews we had read.

The customer service was the most horrible we have ever experienced. We had masks on when we arrived – as is adviced quite everywhere in Germany – but when I started the usual communication with the receptionist, he very rudely told us to take masks off. I asked if he speaks English but he kept telling us in German to take the masks off so that he can understand us. I continued then with my rather basic German and tried to pronounce everything VERY loudly and clearly but he didn't even try to listen but was only repeating about the masks. It felt rather ideological, as unfriendly way as he expressed himself. (Had he been more friendly maybe we'd have considered the risk and removed the masks for a while but his behaviour made us rather defensive and confused.) In the end I decided I will write down what I want to say ("Wir haben eine Reservierung" etc...) and things finally functioned as they should; we got the room key and could go to sleep after a long travel day.

It was close to the station.

The size of the room for three people, no breakfast, no fridge, very small bathroom. The room could have been cleaner, there were even spider webs on the ceiling.

Nothing. We left the room as it was unexceptable

Convenient location near the railway and bus stations. The S and U stations are nearby. The beds in the room have comfortable new mattresses, clean sheets and towels. The room is clean

The building is not new, the interior has been renovated for a long time, some of the rooms have old doors, in my room part of the wall was unfinished or painted in a different color, I don't know why, I didn't want to find out. There was no low light (nightlight) in the room. The equipment in the bathroom is quite outdated, there are cracks on the sink.

Located next to the central station. Very good Indian restaurant (Singh) within 250 meters. Comfortable beds.

Noisy neighboors, internet didnt work, no lock on the toilet, took Long for the shower to turn Warm.
