the room was good size, good shower was good tv was good ,free internet. the person at the counter was friendly and helpful ,location was good,

the bed mattress was horrible the pillows were horrible, would have been better to sleep on the floor,no elevator . this cant be sorted so lunging lugauge up and down the stairs .the room had no information for breakfast or anywhere to go for food,the bathroom with the glass walls , you could still see someone sitting on the toilet or having a shower this needs to be changed.but the only reason i wouldnt stay again is because of the bed , they need to be replaced and have comfort , if ones bed is good then the room is good, we come for comfort,

My grandson stayed there & he was very happy with everything. Loved the big room & I liked the great price.

He didn’t complain about anything.

I liked that the premises was very close to shops and that the premises had washing machine and dryer. There was always someone on reception to help out if required. The bed and lounge was comfy. It was good to have a mini kitchenette.

The light in the bathroom was difficult to turn on and a longer shower curtain would have prevented the bathroom from getting too wet. A coffee plunger in the kitchen items would have been nice.

It was easy to get to the accomodation. Public transport was close by. There was secure undercover parking provided. The room was very large.

The bed was uncomfortable and very hard. There was some road noise. The fan in the bathroom took a long time to turn off. There was no lift if you needed it.

The bathroom had a fogged glass wall. Could be uncomfortable if you’re not close with the person you’re sharing with. Carpark has height restriction, so I left the wagon on the road, and it ended with my car getting towed but that’s my fault as I was 25min past the towing time restrictions.

Someone kept trying to come into our room. I read the property policy carefully to make sure we were allowed visitors. The policy said we were with quiet hours from 9pm-10am. The reception told one of our visitors to tell us that we were not allowed guests past 8pm. We were not having a party or being loud. He made up this fake time and rule and didn’t even have the courage to tell us himself. We went downstairs to talk to him and he said it was “the law” even though there is no law against this and I carefully booked a place that specifically allowed visitors to the property.
