This is a lovely apartment in a nice complex. This unit faces the small lake with a walking path. Close by are several nice restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The unit has very comfortable furniture with a comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Manuel is very responsive to any questions and very willing to help. Thank you Manuel !

My son and I stayed here for a month during his transition to Arizona for work. This condo had plenty of room for both of us to work from there. It really served us well and Manuel was responsive to our questions about wifi, check-in etc. We used the pool and the walking paths. Very nice amenities!

The condo is in an excellent location. The area is quiet and peaceful. The covered parking is a plus. Will definitely stay here again. Great place Manuel.

Loved the location with many stores nearby. Quiet friendly neighborhood with man-made lake nearby that has a walk path around it. Rental was clean, nicely decorated, nice amenities, and beds were comfortable. Only drawback was neighbor downstairs was a smoker and can smell cigarette smoke intermittently.

The condo and property were both clean. The condo was located close to main pool and the patio has a partial view of lake. We enjoyed sitting out there nightly. Nice selection of cable channels and washer/dryer encluded.

The condo is in a great location. Close to the 101 and 202. Close to the Chandler Mall and plenty of restaurants. The condo was nice and roomy with all the necessary amenities needed. The furniture was in great condition. There was, however, a strong smell in the condo upon entering, maybe just needed to be aired out. The carpets were dirty and had some stains, a good cleaning would do the trick. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Unit was situation in a really nice complex and the grounds and exteriors were extremely well maintained. Nice walking environment with amenities around man made lake. The interior was dated particularly in bathrooms and kitchen. Upon our arrival the unit was not cleaned well and cleaning personnel and us spent best part of afterwards re-cleaning. Other than initial cleanliness we really liked the property.

Manuel has a beautiful place in Chandler, AZ around a 1 mile lake. Great location to a variety of things to do; shopping, golfing, restaurants, bars all within a 10 min drive. Clubhouse and pool were extremely clean.

This is an upper level, and my wife hated the stairs. We liked the pond and the ducks. Good location with restaurants and groceries nearby. We had some trouble initially getting the couch and TV working, but eventually mastered it. No ice maker in fridge. Lots of chlorine in water so we had to use bottled. Good king sized bed. Pool area was nice and close, but water was way too cold. We asked the office about raising temp and they pretty much ignored us. Overall, fairly good experience. A new fridge with a water filter may improve this place substantially.

Clean and close to everything. Enjoyed walking around the lake . Nice swimming pool area.

Manuel is an excellent landlord. Very responsive to any request we had. Lake view and walking areas very good. Close amenities for shopping, dining.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Convenient to entire Phoenix area. Weather didn't cooperate for pool but hottub was excellent.

Condo was very spacious and clean -as listed. The owner was responsive from beginning to end. Nice market within walking distance. Also nail salon and wonderful Mexican restaurant . Property was well maintained inside and out. You will need a car-there is a covered space provided.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay for one month in this unit. The beds were very comfortable as was the rest of the furniture which is of utmost importance to us. It was nicely situated in the complex with a view of the lake from the balcony and very quiet. The kitchen was adequately equipped, although I did bring some items from home as I am a cook and made a lot of meals in the unit. There were no hair dryers so I would suggest inquiring ahead of time what items you will need and not assume they will be provided. Manuel was very prompt with our inquiries. The kitchen light bulb burnt out, we couldn't replace ourselves, and after contacting him by email he quickly responded by sending someone to replace the bulbs within hours. The location of the complex was wonderful. We were a short walking distance to very good grocery stores and restaurants. Very close to major freeways: 101 and 202. Overall I would recommend the accommodations and we would certainly stay again.

Anderson Springs was a very nice and quiet place to have a relaxing vacation. It was very clean and had all the ameneties. We enjoyed going for our daily walks around the lake and having stores nearby was very handy too. It was easy to get around from this location to all the main attractions such as shopping, sight seeing, etc. It was a pleasant place to stay !
