Everything was amazing I like the room view, spa specially Anber room , the coffee and sweet so yummy

A luxurious hotel in every way, amazing location. The hotel staff upgraded our room to a room with a balcony and the view was simply stunning. The reviewer's dinner was excellent, the food is of a very good standard.

The parking location at the hotel is inconvenient, the parking lot is far from the hotel entrance and there is an uphill road. We asked to change rooms because of the noise of the children from the next room, and they immediately moved us to another room at the other end of the floor, but there we discovered that there was a knocking noise in the shower and they sent someone to check and said that the source of the noise was in the hotel's ventilation system and there was nothing to be done. At the reception they said there was no point in changing rooms because the same noise was heard everywhere, I didn't argue with them because they had already moved us to a room when we asked and because they upgraded our room on their own initiative. But it is unacceptable that such a hotel will not have a solution to the problem.

Excellent breakfast

Bardzo różnorodne śniadania. Duży park wokół hotelu. Różnorodna przestrzeń restauracyjna ze smacznym jedzeniem. Dostęp do saun i basenów. Duża ilość środków higienicznych - uzupełnianych każdego dnia. Duże i profesjonalne wsparcie pracowników hotelu. Dodatkowe atrakcje - bilard, kręgle itp.

Niedobra kawa w trakcie śniadań. Niektóre miejsca w parku zaniedbane - wymagające odświeżenia. Basen kryty wymagający remontu. Zaniedbana kabina prysznicowa.

I spent only one night but it super nice. Comfortable room with nice view, clean everywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Big thanks goes to Narmin for her assistance and support.

Every things , facilities , cleaning , comfort , relaxing and quit ,, And the guest relation Mr a Ghafour who communicated with us a day. Befor offering the help and welcoming cofee in the road from baku and offering his help during stay , it was fantastic to see him communicating with us on native Arabic . Really it was great experience at tbr resort
