Great location with a stunning Shanghai skyline view on the upper floors. The room was huge (45m²), basically a small apartment with a kitchen. Large, comfortable bed, clean rooms, and a good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff made the stay even better. Good value for money - recommend!

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt, auch wenn die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und man sich an Staub auf Schränken/in Ecken nicht stören sollte. Wir hatten zu 3 eine kleine Suite (Schlafbereich ca. 40 qm plus separate Küche, extra WC und begehbarer Schrank), obwohl wir nur Zimmer gebucht hatten. Sehr ruhig, dennoch zentral gelegen mit tollem Blick auf Downtown.

Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert offenbar nur, wenn draußen über 20 Grad sind. Das Frühstück fanden wir als picky europeans preislich unangemessen und wenig abwechslungsreich.

性价比很好，the doorman, reception and cleaners provide very good service. The family room is quite comfortable, 2 beds wide enough for 2 adults+2 kids. They even have facilities like electricity adapter in the room. Very good view in the night, could see the bund from the window of the room.

The receptionists are very professional, nice and tender. The doorman is warm-hearted. The hotel building is with Art Deco style built in 1934, amazing location and full of the charm and atmosphere of old Shanghai everywhere inside. Modern facilities provide guests with convenience and comfort, especially the atomized glass in the bathroom. They have the online prepayment service and you can reserve for your friends & families. I made it for my parents, they love it very much and said the buffet breakfast is wonderful. Based on the actual staying experience, I will recommend this hotel to others.

I booked it for my parents' wedding anniversary, ordered it in mid-September and emailed the hotel directly for some questions in advance, there was no reply several days later, only asked for help from the platform customer service, they solved it quickly. Then received the email reply from the hotel staff in early November. By the way, a refundable deposit of 500 CNY is requested upon arrival (not has been listed on the website), you can choose paying by cash, by Alipay, or by WeChat, it will be refunded after check out through the original payment method.
