Incroyable vue sur le lac de Côme et les montagnes, environnement calme et reposant, dans un écrin de verdure. Logement propre et joliment décoré. Piscine très appréciable.
Logement trouvé facilement avec les explications des hôtes et arrivée faite de façon autonome.
Hôtes super gentils, accueillants et disponibles, nous ont chouchouté avec une bouteille et le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner.
Nous recommandons cette adresse !

The view from the balcony is amazing! The cottage is very sweet, located uphill, in a quiet small village. we had a great time sitting on the balcony and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Bed is comfy, good shower and everything is clean and very well maintained. We rented a car and it was great, i don't recommend the place if you're counting on public transportation. We had a great time, thank you Marco :)
The cottage is a lot smaller than what we had imagined from the photos, and there is no big sofa for two inside. We didn't see it in the fine prints, and we were surprised 2 days before arrival, that thay charge 150 euros as a deposit, which they return after the checkout. if you don't have PayPal, you pay the fee for the payment and the fee for the credit. I have to say that they were kind enough to split the fee with us, and yet, this is something to think about before making the reservation

the property was secluded, felt safe, great view and had everything we needed inside. Our hosts were great! responded when we needed assistance and the cleaner was lovely! It would’ve been nicer to have more towels.
Directions were slightly confusing, we came at night though so it was harder to locate and not a lot of towels for a full week.

Stunning view, very quiet village, parking near the accommodation. The flat has every equipment needed :) hosts very nice and helpful. We had a great time!

The view was amazing and location great. Room was clean.
The pool was too dirty to swim in which was disappointing after we chose the accommodation for the pool. Security deposit was needed which was hard to get back after being accused of causing a pink mark on the wall which we did not do. Security deposit was 160 Euro which was the same as £133 although only £116 was returned. Lots of stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The accommodation has a alot of little trinkets on sideboards and cupboards which leave little space for you to place stuff.

the view from the terrace of the apartment was perfect. Having breakfast on it was unforgettable. All you need is in apartment. Marco and Aniko prepared perfect guidance for the guests. Location is perfect, parking space was always available. very recommend this place.
The only small comment: neighbors upstairs a bit noisy.

The view
Very rude landlord. Did not try to resolve problems. It was not real to talk normally with him. Did not check appartment at promissed time- during check out. Did not sent us back deposit money on time and also was so rude - we were in shock actually. We had almost ruined holidays because of this awful customer service. And also -the deposit money must be sent only by PayPal, so if you do not have PayPal or you do not trust some mysterious money transfers by PayPal- this appartments are not for you,because the landlord does not accept normal deposit transfers through normal bank account.

Very nice owners. The apartment is not really big but it has all the necessary. Location is really good to visit Menaggio and around. The residence is very calm, lake view and swimming pool are top. Ok for 2 max 3 people.

What a beautiful place, the view on the lake is just stunning. The apartment is decorated very personal and cozy, you feel at home immediately. Thanks to the kind Service of Anniko and Marco it was easy to find everything and you felt very Welcome. We loved it and will definitely come back.
