absolute gem of a flat. it’s in a very calm area away from the busy touristy part of the town, but still very walkable. there are some big supermarkets nearby, which is great if you’re cooking. the host was super quick to reply on WhatsApp too.

Would have been helpful to provide info in regards to closest supermarket for supplies. Hill climb a little steep with suitcases. Small stuff: Maybe some coat hangers in the wardrobe.

The apartment was in a great location, a short walk away from Bellagio centre. The views from the terrace are stunning and the apartment itself feels like a home from home. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Bellagio and would definitely stay here again myself.

Location is good, but even better if you have a car. We didn't so it was quite a walk to uphill. You have everything you need for your stay: kitchen, lovely terrace and a washing machine. The view is amazing!

If you have any trouble with your feet, then this is not the place for you; there's quite steep road uphill to the apartment and a lot of stairs. We had some trouble opening the lock of the gate couple of Times.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views over lake como. Absolutely everything you could possibly need including washing machine, dishwasher. Free parking was possible on the street outside. Entry was via key in a key safe and they sent us several informative vidoes showing how to get keys and access the apartment. This meant that we didn't need to let them know when we were arriving1 to arrange check in, this is useful when touring the lakes as you never can quite predict timings due to traffic conditions etc

No oven just a hob and microwave so a bit difficult to cook anything substantial if self catering like we were.. It is also quite a long walk into town (about 20 mins back uphill) so not ideal if you're not mobile and free parking in Bellagio is difficult to find (as per every town on the lakes!)

Exceptional view, probably the best in the area. Great value. Very good location, away from the crowds, but close enough to the center. Very practical, two bathrooms is a plus. Apartment has a list of recommended restaurants

Some home appliances need to be replaced. Small ants in the kitchen are annoying. Neighbors in a ground floor rental apartment had a party all night. It has nothing to do with this apartment, however it obviously influenced our night sleep.

This place is just amazing! I cannot say enough about the views - 180 degree views of the lake, and a good spot to enjoy something while the sun sets. The property has everything you need (cooking, laundry etc). Manuele (the host) goes above and beyond - from helping us with the luggages to informing us of the best spots to eat, get a boat etc. Thank you again for everything and we hope to visit you again soon!

It was summer and super hot and the air conditioning machine and fan was not enough. Also if you’re tall, be careful when getting into / out of bed because you might hit your head on the ceiling beams

The view is amazing!!! there are two bathrooms, which is great. at 37 degrees it was useful that there is an A/C on the ground floor (living room) and another on the topfloor(bedroom) WIFI self checking was very easy and good communication with the host (answered questions quickly)

Views from appartment are fantastic; working distance (8-10 mins) to centre - which is very important as taxis were very difficult to get. Appartment looks nicer than pictures.

Loft appartment so if you're sharing a bed the ceiling is very lowing parts and someone will hit their head at some point.

The view of the lake from the apartment was amazing We had breakfast and Wine and cheese every evening on the balcony. The apt was clean and spacious for the two of us Manuele picked us up and returned us to the ferry He was quite helpful with places to visit and local restaurants. Manuele was a charming host.

The view was truly unforgettable. Paired with how lovely the apartment was, the stay was incredible. Everything was well-prepared, neat and tidy. The additional bottle of prosecco and bag of biscotti was a nice feature too.

Our stay at Vistaureggio was absolutely amazing, this property has the best view in Bellagio. The photos really don't do it justice! Manuele is a lovely host - very communicative beforehand to ensure we got into the property okay and left prosecco and coffee. You can walk into town in 15 minutes and there's a great bakery/pizzera (Coppola) just down the road. The apartment was also well equipped with an iron, washing machine, dishwasher and even netflix on the TV. No hair dryer though.

Nothing - our stay was perfect. Just to let future travellers know: Bellagio is very hilly so be prepared for some hills. It's also the most beautiful place ever!

This is a hidden gem 2 levels apartment in Bellagio with the most incredible view you can imagine. The second level is like a separate cabin with its own bathroom. The bed feels so cozy. The main floor has a view you would love to wake up to and it will definitely be hard to leave this apartment and go explore the other beautiful parts of this incredible place (especially because the host is welcoming you with the bottle of nice Prosecco in a fridge). The owner, Manuele, is one of the greatest hosts I’ve ever met. Responsive, respectful, always on time and very supportive and welcoming. He met me and drove to the place so I didn’t have to walk with my luggage. He suggested things to do, places to visit and I felt very safe taken that I am a solo traveler. Thank you, Manuele 💯

We loved the view from the flat, I don't think there's an apt w a better view in Bellagio. The location was equal distance from what seems like the only supermarket in town and from the town center which makes it perfect if you don't plan on having every single meal outside. The temperature was perfect in the apartment, which came with blackout blinds for a great night's rest after venturing out for the day, a washing machine, smart TV, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, basically everything necessary to live comfortably at home. Internet was stable and fast and water pressure was great. I'd definitely stay here again. Above all, the owner was extremely knowledgeable and hospitable, introducing us to places to visit and ferry schedules etc., he even gave us a lovely bottle of prossecco upon arrival.

Can't think of anything to dislike, I'd stay here 10x over

It would have been nice to know upfront how many stairs there are from the parking lot to the apartment (e.g. bringing the stroller up and down was annoying) The air conditioning in the bedroom is not really working because the apartment is a Maisonette and all the cold air vanishes to the lower floor. So technically it is working but you don’t really feel it. The toilette seats could be exchanged because they are both moving sideways if you sit on them.
