The breakfast was good.

Everything was okay.

Good location, just on the edge of the old town, ca 10 min of walking to the Ghats and temple(s) and the evening processions. Restaurant in the same building, very convenient for the lunch or dinner. A hotel which is something in between the western style and traditional local style accommodation. You have to organise someone to help you if you have lot of luggage, the street is not accessible for cars. WiFi and breakfast OK.

I liked the convenience of the location for the main temples and ghats and the staff were very good. However, the designer of the rooms is clueless about hotel room design and very basic stuff is either missing or placed incorrectly

The sheer lack of understanding what hotel rooms need. For example, there isn’t even a soap holder in the shower area - you hold on to the soap whilst bathing. The shower has no enclosure or curtain and you wet the whole bathroom.

Very good location. The service depended on who of the staff we talked to.

The room was dirty when we arrived. It was cleened when we asked for cleening. There was no balcony in the room as annonced. Two of the three rooms we booked did not have window: now view= no window.

Location is good and central but i don't think it is value for money and stay is comfortable.

Location was very good. Motorable right upto the hotel entrance. Travel Desk was very helpful.

Poor Wifi in Rooms. Room Service, Restaurants. Superior Room allotted was small without any windows. I had to pay extra to upgrade to a more livable room. They should not brand the room #301 and #302 as Superior rooms.

Good location near the temple walking distance.

Parking was not allowed because of traffic police restrictions. A/c was not working in one room and staff was uncooperative in resolving it.
