The apartment was well maintained and such a beautiful location. All the tourist attractions are just 5-10 mins from the apartment.

Pre-coordination with us for access went smoothly. The apartment was fantastic - super clean and well-kept! We loved it! It had great amenities and a very cool deck. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to many places we enjoyed seeing. Just minutes from Mirabellplatz and the gardens, St. Andrews church, restaurants, shopping, ice cream/gelato shops, and great views throughout the city.

Ok, totally not a big deal, and maybe a cultural thing: there was only one toilet in the apartment. We might be spoiled…so this isn’t really a serious mark against the place. From the deck, we could see some part of the mountains, but mostly the view was of another building right across the street. We weren’t in this apartment for the views, though, so again, not a serious mark against it. We chose it for the location and got the bonus of it being perfectly maintained.

The apartment was huge and very comfortable! The owners were very responsive and the location was perfect.

Only complaint is the lack of air conditioning--it was unusually hot in Salzburg and the fans helped, but sleeping was uncomfortable. But even with that, I would happily stay there again!

Super convenient location, close to Mirabell gardens. Recently renovated and everything was in great condition. Kitchen well stocked to prepare meals. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Air conditioning only for the main living area, not the bedroom. But it wasn't a concern for us as we could open the window/door to get fresh air from outside.

This property exceeded our expectations - the photos don't do it justice. A very smart late 19th century building with an apartment on 4th floor (there is a lift!). The apartment itself is spacious, modern and well equipped with everything that we needed. The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed the terrace in particular. We would happily book this apartment again.

The air con does work but is a central unit. When we arrived mid-afternoon the apartment was 27 degrees and it took several hours to cool the bedroom. Our first night was a little warm! The second day it was all a good temperature but it would have been great if the place had been cooler when we arrived (a Tado sensor to control the air con remotely, for example, would have solved this).

The apartment was very clean and nice. The location of the house was good.

There's no frying pan in the kitchen and it's very inconvenient. I asked to host about the pan but they didn't answer me anything.That's very disappointing. Also there's no handsoap in the bathroom.

Absolutely beautiful apartment! Super clean and big so very comfortable for 3 adults and a toddler. Alice the host was clear and a great communicator coming back on our questions and provided a cot for us. Amazing location, we walked everywhere and had a wonderful time.

The property was in a great location. Few minutes walk from the city center and the main train station as well. Lots of restaurants (including Halal ones) and coffee shops were in walking distance from the property. The apartment was fully furnished and owner took care of all details.

It was goin to be the perfect stay, except in the last day (which was Thursday) we waked up and couldn't fine our car which was parking Infront of the building. We came to know that we cannot park the car on this street on Thursday early morning till afternoon because they are setting up a weekly bazaar. The car was towed and we were running to find where it has been taken to. Luckily, with the help with one of the people participating in the bazaar, we could get the car on time and catch our flight. It would be great if the property can highlight such issues for the guests.

Everything. Spend one week at My Wonderland loft apartment. Check-in was a breeze - key code for front door and apartment door. The apartment was immaculate and the kitchen had everything you needed. The bed was comfortable with plenty of storage shelves. The deck was spacious and clean. The washing machine was an added bonus along with a large drying rack. There’s a functional lift (only used twice with luggage). The hallway and stairs are clean and spacious. The bedroom faces the front street but we didn’t hear a sound in the morning. There is a farmers market outside your front door on Thursday (this would have been good information from the owner, I could have planned my day differently). Even with the market outside, you still don’t hear any noise. The apartment is in a great location: good restaurants, a small grocery store around the corner, an easy walk to the Salzburg Central Train Station and an easy walk to downtown Salzburg. I highly recommend My Wonderland.

very bed response from host. we have waited approx more then one hour outside for door lock. We was not used to use the door lock and we have not idea how it will open. host did not picked up my calls for more then 1 hours. after one hour somebody came out side and they helped my to open the lock imagine you are on holidays and you stand outside for one hour with your wife and 2 kids

The location was great. Walking distance to everything.

The place was really hot when we got there. The bathroom wasn’t as clean, had hair everywhere with stains in the toilet. Also dead bugs all over the floor.

The apartment is large sand roomy with all the modern amenities including a much appreciated washing machine. It located within walking distance of all major attractions. It's an excellent plaese to stay and we'd recommend it!

Minor thing but some larger bath towels would be nice.

We were happy to stay here for the second time. Everything is perfect. The apartement is luxurious down to the last detail. Er is supermarket en parking nearby. The old city at walking distance.
