Plenty of room for our family of 6. VERY clean. Very comfortable. Great location, close to bus stop, short walk to downtown. Great communication from host. While there is some traffic all night, it seems like a safe neighborhood.

Great place and short walk to the old town. Clean, nice to have kitchen/microwave and a clothes washer. Apartments 4 and 5 are on the 3rd/top floor, and there's no elevator so just be prepared for that.

No real shades or blinds to block light, so kids up very early. Parking is hidden behind a building but found it and left car for 3 nights and it worked fine.

2 cozy apartments, 10 min walk to old town. On bus route to airport. Easy access. Would definitely use again. Salzburg also beautiful, people all very friendly and happy to speak English when your German fails.

Communication with the homeowner. She seemed like she was pissed with us not understanding how to do the check in which was automated but with critical flaws. One that we never received the email with the check in information.

5 suit cases up stairs but owner really helped

Getting in was incredibly easy as the door code was emailed soon before we arrived and it was easy to get in that way. The apartment was exceptional; clean, quiet, and within an easy 10-15 minute walking distance to the central city. There is a Spar nearby for necessities and a few lovely cafes as well. The host responded quickly to a question I had while there. We loved staying there and would recommend it to anyone.

The tv wasn't working, it wouldn't connect to any networks and there is no Netflix or any other streaming service available on the tv, so we couldn't watch any Christmas movies while staying there. Not a huge deal, but in this day and age it's unusual. The walls are a bit thin as we could hear people walking in the upstairs apartment as well as sometimes laughing next door to us, and when people would open the apartment door next to us, we could hear the electronic buttons as they were input. Not a huge deal, but if you get inconsiderate neighbors, it may not be as quiet as our stay.

The beds were not comfortable because the matress was soft and dipped in the middle. These should be replaced. Also, no bowls for cereal and the TV had limited choices for English speakers. Would be helpful to enable Netflix or YouTube and to have another, more universal news channel such as BBC or CNN.

Very clean, well-equipped apartment. Washing machine worked easily, good hosts, when things went wrong they were fixed right away. We asked for an extra sheet and they came immediately. Wifi was good, excellent restaurants nearby.

There were some problems with the hot water but they fixed them on the first day and offered us a shower in the nearby apartment when they weren't able to repair it immediately. These things happen, and the hosts were amazing at compensating us and making it right as well as they could.

We booked this property, but were moved to the Salzburg Residence-the yellow house next-door for reasons unknown. I can't comment specifically on this property, but we loved the Salzburg Residence house, the location and the management company was great to deal with-responded very quickly and were very helpful. The house was perfectly clean, well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. From this location it is a 10-15 min walk to the old town district or an easy bus ride. There is a grocery store across the street and restaurants that are within a short walking distance. They also provide free parking a short distance from the home. I would definitely stay here again!
