Stray cats outside

Infested with cockroaches, when I booked my place showed pictures of a gym which was not accessible. There were stains everywhere. No water pressure in shower.

For a non local, the area felt very safe to walk around.

The 2 units I reserved were nasty and in disrepair. Bathroom was dirty and had mold. Toilet was leaking at the base. I thought it was just condensation or spilled water but no signs of condensation and since it never dried up through the night, it was definitely not spilled water. The microwave could not be plugged in without moving. I didn’t see the other room much but I did go to the “Balcony” area and its a 1st floor unit with no way to lock it as the lock was completely missing.

just across the AirPort. very near to a Church, business centers, public transportation. the property is exceptionally clean. the wifi is fast

maybe they need to repair/change the TV. But I really do not mind this anymore. I could live without it

seems like the unit hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our stay. the decors inside were dusty. lamp no working, floor was wet due to the AC

wasn’t allowed to have guest in for a meeting. kitchen was not available for guest to use, just owner’s only. microwave cord would not reach outlet.

Location is good , very convenient. The room is clean and tidy with toiletries available to use . The staff was very accommodating and friendly .

The air conditioner should have been colder because we have to use the ceiling fan to make the room colder.

Airport close

Close proximity to airport, no need for taxi, you can literally walk to the place. Place as per the pictures, what you get is what you paid for.

Noisy AC, not really hot water + low water pressure.

Location, design and cleanliness

I was located at the top most floor of the bldg. The room was a bit warm. Though the owner and i already discussed about it. I was placed on the room which i didn't booked Since the room that i booked was still occupied. All in all that was worth it. Maybe i was just unlucky

Breakfast was not included.

The room could've been cleaner and it was very noisy from the nearby traffic. The courtyard lighting could be better at night time.

Good sized room with a small handy kitchen. The location is obviously great for international flights but also reasonably central to a number of Manila attractions.

Not enough reasonably priced restaurants close by. The pool area needs more seating and lounges.

good standard and close to Airport - walking distance from International terminal.

aircon was too laud, same with fridge.
