隣の2名の男性が夜に喧嘩を始めた、警察が来るほどの騒ぎでとても恐い思いをしました。

Clean and spacious (in Hk standard). 5 minutes walk to Langham place and Mongkok station. Short taxi ride (about HKD 55 ) from Kowloon Station for the airport express.

Having to keep going out to the desk outside and inside for different things. No biggy.

Very very small rooms and small bathroom. Old pool - not nice at all

Staff were very helpful despite small language difficulties due to us not speaking their language. Very very helpful. Area close to shopping centres and 7/11.

Convenient location

Front desk staff were pleasant, eateries and convenience stores are nearby

Front desk staff told me both rooms could be on same level but when my husband joined us the next day, another front desk staff said there were no available rooms on the same floor. My mother's room had a musky smell. My room had a slight cigarette smell even though it was meant to be a non smoking room.

Not far from the MTR and Mongkok shopping

Rooms were a little dated, but still comfortable.

Room is quite big, and very clean, bathroom is clean and had all needed utilities like shampoo, shower gel, shaving kit, toothbrush,etc. Hairdrayer was good. The towels were changed everyday, although I think there is no need for that. can be changed once in 3 days.

The breakfast could have more variety, that is expected from Hilton.

overall nothing,room was clean but humid and smelled moldy

nothing. Breakfast sucked. Annoying broken player piano. spotty wifi, horrible location, bad views, bad intercom music in a tiny annoying loop, shower was broken also.

Everything is good. For the real naggers and really want something to complain about then it will be, The tv is mounted to low (but hey ur on vacation why would u want to watch tv ?) Or there were some scale/mold IN the mirror (but there are like 5 other ones in the room).
