Good value for money!

I love its proximity to several restaurants. It is also near SM Lanang, so if you are in the city to do some shopping, this hotel is perfect for you! I would also like to commend the hotel staff as they are very quick to respond to our concerns. They were very helpful when we needed help during our stay.

I must say I was a bit dismayed to find fresh lipstick stains on my bedsheet and some hair strands. It was definitely an indication that they were not changed at all. I hope that they practice cleanliness, especially in terms of changing bed sheet, pillow cases, etc as it gave me discomfort and a bit of hard time sleeping during our stay.

Clean and the staff is very hospitable.

I like the smooth check in process, front desk is attentive and does not take long in attending guests plus location is great too.

The airconditioning unit seems broken, even the staff cannot figure out how to get it cooler. We just had to endure the fan-temperature like for the entire night. Also, I did not like the lingering scent of chlorine that welcomed us upon entering the room. Anyway, all are good except these.

Cleanliness and affordability. Also near fastfood and restaurants.

Aircon is not working well. Takes time for the aircon to cool the whole room.

Place is good for somewhere to sleep in the night. Has a wifi and pretty close to most shopping centres.

Sometimes wifi keeps disconnecting but other than that none.

The room spacious and clean.

There were no complimentary coffee or even just bottle of water. No glasses available in the room thus water dispenser does not serve its purpose because the guests had to look for glass/cups wherein the guests had to borrow from the restaurant downstairs which requires deposit and is refundable.

The attentiveness of the staff, location wise is convinient and accessible

First, in the bathroom, the showerhead was quite mouldy, Second, the towels, were really overused. I think management should consider changing the towels at least. Even though it was being washed or under laundry, but towels still a bit smelly, looks really worn out, and it is dull white made me think twice to use it as if whether being washed or not. Third, before I was being transferred to the other room, initially the room given was flooded with water coming from the overhead AC, and there were even a blocks of ice fell from it, which is really a potential hazard to the guest.

Location is very nice. There is also a cafe and a massage beside the lobby.

Room looks old, Foot Mat not color white anymore, no Shampoo inside the container, no handsoap inside the container.
