I loved how private the pool area was very relaxing.

I liked everything

It was nice having a swimming pool just outside our apartment and having the Donostia restaurant on the street for breakfasts and lunches.

It was a hassle checking in because Booking.com had not shared in advance that photos would be required sent ahead of time and special security would be included by a locked gate as well as a secured room key in a lock box. It was most disconcerting arriving with a pile of luggage and no office for check in. Luckily a young woman did show up to help us.

It was safe, super close to EVERYTHING I wanted to do, and there was a beach a block away.

The pool was a bit cold but there’s a beach a block away so it was fine

Apt 103 Location-across the street from the beach

Misleadinf-apt 103 is not attached to the unit with a pool. It is a studio-not 1 bedroom. There are multiple units: the pics don’t match this property.

Donostia opens to late

Everything! Great location! And the restaurant in front has amazing huevos rancheros!

I liked only a few things. first was the location which is why I booked this place. I liked the pool but it was in another location not far from where I stayed. that’s all.

i hated that there were Roaches in the air bnb !!!!!!!! I didn’t like the deposit that was taken before I was told about one. I will be refunded only because I had to clean the room before I left. also had to pay cleaning fee. I didn’t like that there were no sheets when they stated there would be. I had to ask for them and got them the following day. I didn’t like the cobwebs everywhere and the Room was Small! tiny even! TV was broken (didn’t use it ) fridge was broken. it seemed not worth the price.

The location was great, the beach was less then a five minute walk away, and the restaurant attached to the property was pleasant.

The pool

No fitted sheet on our bed. we had to ask for towels for our second night. when I complained about the bed not having the sheet I was told they would the next day to change it over free of charge. the free of charge should not have been said. of course it will be be free and should have given some off our charge because it was not there the first night. I had to mention that the mirror was crack a couple times and I took a time stamp picture of it when we got there so we didn’t get charged. I should not had to mention it twice. I also mentioned about the wifi that was none existent wifi. you couldn’t watch tv more than a couple mins before it was out for 5-10 mins. TV in room was useless before it was run off wifi. The area is horrible. the beach is full of seaweed and stinks. don’t expect to go out and grab a cup of coffee in the morning. the fast food restaurants in the area might or might not have the dining room open ( more than likely not). if you don’t have a car to do drive through you are out of luck. spend the extra money and pick another hotel in a better city.

I loved how our room was right next to the pool and a good waking distance from the beach and the staff was very friendly!!

Location was perfect.

The parking was so far. I am on a cane. I torne the muscle in my knee. I hurt my left foot and wear a medical shoe. When we do the last night's in Puerto Rico at this location I will not come back.
