Vanwege bedwantsen hebben wij deze accommodatie geboekt. We hebben de host gebeld, gemaild, berichten via booking gestuurd zonder reactie. 10 minuten nadat de inchecktijd was verstreken kregen we een bericht dat we geen gebruik konden maken van de accommodatie omdat de inchecktijd was verstreken. Maar het geboekte bedrag wordt wel geïncasseerd, want je wordt gewoon als no show neergezet. Ook na vele contactpogingen hierover geen bericht van de host. Zo ga je niet met gasten om.

The apartment is located in the basement, and the photos and description on the ad are completely different. We booked apartment 1 and were accommodated in apartment 2.

Everything was great, well equipped, clean apartment. The location was nice, the tram stop is really close and the old town is within walking distance.

Very well equipped small apartment at a good location, with parking possibility in the inner courtyard. The apartment is in the basement but has some windows to the courtyard, this way very quiet. Host is very friendly, easy to communicate and to collect the keys - welcoming with some fruits, wine and juice, and some souvenirs. The apartment is perfect for 2-3 people, but tight for 4, but for one night that's also feasible.

Very cute and cozy apartment, the kitchen is nicely equipped, as well as the toilet. The bed is comfortable and the sofa can be converted into a bed. The noise from the outside is not heard even though it is close to the road! We were during the Christmas holidays and everything was in the Christmas spirit, decorated and very sweet.As if you were at home. There are also books to read and a recommendation what to visit in Zagreb. We had our own parking lot. We will definitely come back next time!

Location and free parking space was only good thing about this place.
Apartment is in the basement. It doesn’t have a natural daylight and it is impossible to get a fresh air into it. it is very claustrophobic to spend a night in this apartment.
Bathroom shower was not working properly, light switches also. Everything in this apartment was like improvisation.
It was worst experience.

Excellent location, very close to center. The apartment is nice and tidy, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the free parking in the courtyard of the building. The host was kind and helpful. I enjoyed the stay.

Nice guy and on a great location in the centre of Zagreb.
The airco makes a really hard noise every 2 minutes and because of this sound it is impossible to sleep

The host was very nice and responded to messages quickly. The apartment is in a great location close to the city centre and the tram and has a parking spot. Pets are allowed (we paid 15EUR extra for our poodle). The kitchen was fully stocked, there was even a bottle of wine in the fridge. Even the bathroom was fully stocked with additional amenities. We were a bit late at check-out, but the host was nice enough to give us some extra time.
The apartment was half underground, so it was very dark and impossible to air out. We were running the air-con all the time (because it was the only way to circulate the air a bit), and it was making a loud noise at random intervals.
The apartment itself is a bit small for four people (and a dog), would be better for max 2 adults.

The apartment was very clean and well provided for. The staff member who greeted us was friendly and helpful with the apartment facilities, parking and local amenities.
The apartment says it provides for pets. We didn’t realize we would be charged an extra €25 for 1 night for our small dog. This is definitely the most expensive rate for a pet we have ever paid. I really felt it was excessive and should be clearer when booking.

Our host was very patient and communication was smooth. He was answering to our messages around the clock and secured free parking spot even when we left our accomodation. Flat was comfortable, big enough for our group with all necessary appliances and necessities. Location was good, almost perfect. Just 5 minutes from HNK (Croatian National Theater) and Mimara Museum. Safe and quiet neighboorhood.

Well-equipped apartment, about a 15-minute walk from the center of Zagreb. We appreciated having two queen beds, a washing machine, and free parking in the courtyard of the building. The host was kind and helpful.
It was hard to seat four people around the kitchen table. The bedrooms are a bit small. As others have mentioned, the passageway to the courtyard is quite narrow, but the host will help guide you. Our apartment was partially below ground, meaning we didn't have much of a view. But these are minor points.
