Das Schlafzimmer war ausreichend.

Das Badezimmer ist zu eng und die Dusche ist nicht dicht, sodass alles nass wird. Das Personal wurde darauf hingewiesen, wusste auch um diese Situation und hat jedoch nichts unternommen, um die Situation zu verbessern. Es waren noch überall Haare vom Vormieter… Das Frühstück war wirklich nicht mal ansatzweise gut. Es werden ausschließlich günstige und nicht hochwertige Produkte angeboten. Es gibt vergleichsweise wenig Auswahl. Das Personal war kaum in der Lage einwandfrei zu kommunizieren.

Мы приехали в 15:30, а номер оказался не готов. Пришлось ждать, пока уберут. Это как минимум непрофессионально. В отеле много номеров и на завтраке тесновато.

Horrible experience at this place, they don't have a front desk and they never informed us that they will be closed at 10pm neither left us the instructions to get inside with the code therefore we couldn't enter the property and had to spend almost 2hrs at 1am finding a place to stay as everything was full in Salzburg that day, next day we called and they argued was our fault because we never informed our arrival time, thankfully Booking managed to reimburse our money. At the end we were happy not to stay there as the place looks way worse that in pictures, the area is far away from everything, it's super dark and felt somehow insecure.
