Just the location

When I arrived I was directed to a room that was supposedly cleaned. It was NIT. I had to return to the desk to find another room. This room was marginally cleaned and smelled. No attention to detail, carpet was barely vacuumed, bathroom somewhat wiped down (I could see toothpaste in the sink and fingerprints everywhere) and the bed looked like someone has sat on it and layer across it.

The staff Raine, was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations concerning navigating the city. The room was comfortable with lots of room to relax on the sofa or lie in bed while watching television. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room to reheat leftovers. The hotel was quiet and in a nice location away from a lot of traffic.

Nothing that I can note; we had a great stay at the hotel.

Breakfast a little cold. Hair in shower soap dish. 3 people booked 2 towel sets had to go downstairs for 3rd bedding set. Staff was very friendly though! 2nd stay on trip through, still a nice place. :)

Location was approximately ten minutes from downtown area. Nice and quiet.

Some of the desk staff on 06/13 and 06/14 were not friendly and did not keep the water and food stocked in the lobby fridges. I asked if there was any bottled water for purchase on 06/13 and at that point a staff member went to the stock closet and brought out a case of water which I appreciated but, of course, if the water had already been stocked in the refrigerator, it would have been cold. By 06/15 the water from the fridge was all gone and had not been re-stocked. Also - the hotel was not full and we were given a noisy room on the first floor that didn't smell 100% clean. We stayed here last year and the staff were amazing the whole time! Sad to see the change in staff expectation/ requirements.

Newer facilities and decent location make for an overall decent stay.

Room wasnt cleaned properly and had hair in the shower, trash still in a can, and food left in refrigerator upon arrival. Tried breakfast here for 6 days with my kids. Not once was a biscuit edible (rock hard). One morning the egg (omelet) was still frozen and had not been cooked. Laundry room had dead bed bugs on floor and on top of washers... The facilities have potential to be great, but staff lacked in too many areas.
