Apartment is close to Dostyk Plaza, has multiple nearby food options (both prepared and gocery). It's clean, mostly quiet. Plenty of space. I had friends visit and stay very comfortably. Sofas are great and also very comfortable.

Hot water was only available a few hours a day. We needed a bottle opener but could not find one. Chairs in the kitchen need to have the legs tightened.

The apartment was clean and the location is very central.

The rooms have no AC and the appliances are really old. There is just 1 washroom across 2 rooms. The host was really rude (to the extent of being racist) and not accomodative at all. It was a bad weather day in Almaty and we mentioned we will check in by 6 PM but being on a mountain with no range in heavy rains we couldnt update the time. We informed as soon as we got range but the host yelled at us on call. She did not accept payment in dollars for the incovineince of exchanging and kept saying - 'My house my rules' and then later revealed that she worked with a bank! It was ridiculous. She kept questioning if we were only 4 people. She changed her behvaior 180 when she heard our friends were German. At similar cost you will find way better stays in Almaty.

The location is perfect for shopping, eating out, the metro is 15-20 min walk. Very quiet area. 3 separate rooms apartment. Clean.

Appliances are not new, but all in working condition.

Comfortable apartments with everything you needed. Very good pillows))) traveled by car, parking space close to the entrance

Hot water in the house. You just need to wait till it gets hot. But it’s not a minus, just a comment. In general everything is great.

The host was very nice and helpful. Even when we were leaving at 6 o'clock in the morning, she was there to help us and arranged a taxi for us.
