The property was an amazing size with lots of space for everyone to chill. The beds were super comfy! All the amenities were amazing. The pool was perfect, the hot tub was perfect.

I cannot fault this villa. It is perfect for a big group!

A fab house for a large family. Everybody had a change to relax separetly and together, the location of rooms was very well organized. Outdoor activities were really nice. Enjoyd the stay in peaceful environment.

We drink a lot of coffee, so, the small coffee maker was a bit frustration moment, took ten minutes and was not enough for a big family. The fridge was also too small for a bigger family.

The Villa has all the right equipment. Swimming pool was clean, warm and great for kids (and adults of all ages) Communal spaces were nice and large. Bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped. We spent most of the time on the veranda to catch the lovely view and gorgeous sunsets. The wifi worked fine and the TV room was a welcome addition for the kids. Hot tub was a luxurious addition. Great to have large dining table indoors and outdoors. Good location - super close to local Spar which was very well stocked. Close to local restaurants both of which were great quality. Easy drive down to Puerto Del Carmen and pretty easy to get anywhere on the island to be honest (with a car)

The automatic gate to the property clearly no longer works and perhaps hadn't been for a while? We had to open and close this by hand every time we left the property. When we arrived at the property we walked straight in through the door. Nothing was locked even though I had picked up the key from the lock-box! In the annex house, the room was incredibly smelly from the drains. Possibly because the property hadn't been used in a while? Luckily we didn't have a party big enough to need the room. The house didn't feel that clean when we arrived. The floors were very dusty and we ended up doing some hoovering ourselves. The outdoor veranda, tables and chairs were also coated in dust - again, perhaps because they hadn't been used in a while? Either way, we were a bit surprised to find it like that. The swimming pool cover is falling apart and every time we covered the pool at night we'd find hundreds of little bits of blue plastic that had flaked off. The cover for the hot tub was also falling apart and as a result very difficult to get back on once you'd taken it off. The pool table couldn't be used as it was covered with leaves and bits from the tree above, despite the cover...Balls missing too.

Drainage/drains and toilets smelled bad.

Large spacious well appointed villa, very suitable for a large family group with children who travelled for a significant family occasion. Balcony offered superb views of surrounding area and a ideal space to spend the day. Nice quiet location, with well stocked Supermarket a 2 minute walk away, main road close for links to other locations, but was not heard from the Villa. Private pool and hot tub in constant use. Jules, the host gave excellent advice in arranging a celebratory BBQ and Catamaran sailing and couldn’t have been more helpful in answering any questions.

Could not fault the interior and outside space The interior was excellent for furnishings , and equipment (Kitchen especially )Very spacious- excellent for a large group The outside leisure areas met every expectation and more Excellent service from Jules and his team-Rossi the Villa manager , our 🏊‍♀️ man( sorry didn’t catch his name )and the cleaning team- thank you for letting us stay on for the extra two hours We as a group would highly recommend Villa Alcalde Many thanks
