Bad internet connection Reception was closed at 9 am I cant find where to live my bags. Nobody answered on booking and phone calls. From 7 am people are repeating something and it was noise. If you want to gave a breakfast, there is no space for that and you will not gave it at 8 like it said. Outside the room was so dirty

Perfect set-up for a family of four, very family- friendly. The staff was friendly and professional. The location was great - nice little neighborhood not too far a walk from Old Town Salzburg.

Good small restaurant-hotel for affordable price. Nothing spectacular, a room was a little bit old and required a small renovation, but all necessary things were at place. A guy at the reception was nice and friendly. They accept credit cards and have very easy check-in/out policy

Staff entered room the next morning at 8am without knocking and I was still in bed, annoying and disturbing

-comfortable bed - food in restaurant was good -has a huge mirror in toilet -good wifi

- some light bulbs are not functioning - cabinets are broken - shower area is not so clean -towels have a stinky smell -floor tiles are not well maintained -lack of mirror in room area -bed linens have stains

I found it very cozy. Lot of space in the room and a very big bathroom. Very comfortable and big bed with white bedsheets. Private parking. The hotel has a restaurant with a nice yard that had an amazing food, we really enjoyed having dinner there. It is a walking distance to the city center (or you can take a bus but we walked). They don't provide breakfast but there is a nice bakery 1 min walk where you can have coffee/tea and some baked things for breakfast, they have tables so it is comfortable. I think it was a good price for this location.

Very unsatisfied with our stay here. Although the restaurant is very polished and they seem to take great care in regard to cleanliness, the guest room we stayed in was pretty awful. A black muddy substance which smelt of feces came up out of the en suite shower drain in our room, leaving the bathroom unusable during our stay. Although we raised it with staff, their attempts to use drain cleaner didn't fix the problem. To a lesser extent it also seemed like the same substance was in the sink, although it didn't come back out like the shower. The bathroom as a whole was fairly poorly maintained, and the single dim light gave it a very dingy feeling. Aside from this we really loved our time in Salzburg, so staying here was a big disappointment.

The room was big with spacious bathroom. A lot of lights. The bed was very comfortable. Free private parking. There was a mini fridge in the room.

The water wasnt hot enough and stop being warm while i was showering. The bathroom didnt have a door and it was near the room door so everything could be heard. The room was very small. Far from the center (too much!) . A plain little bad, the lights wasnt so good and clear. There was a TV- i didnt need! And the sigh that it is a hotel wasnt clead- i though it is a restaurant. I was so dissapointed so i did not take a photo.

The price was a good one for Austria. Location was not so far from key sights and supermarkets.

Would have been good to have some cups etc in the room.

The location is great. We’ve been traveling by car and they offer free parking (and easy to reach). Just a 30 minute walk to the city center (altstadt) or you can take one of the busses (15 minute ride). Hotelroom is decent. Very nice welcome/staff. Hotel is located at a restaurant (unfortunately we didn’t try the food here, but it looked good!). They do not offer breakfast, but a nice bakery is located at the end of the street. For nighttime cravings they have a mini-market with some drinks and snacks available, which is very cute!

The bathroom is very outdated. There was only one little light, which made the bathroom very dark. There wasn’t another mirror outside the bathroom, so you have to work with the small mirror in the dark.. besides that the shower is small and the water changed sometimes from very cold to very hot out of nowhere. The water didn’t drain well either. Also the room wasn’t cleaned (or trashcan emptied out/towels changed) during our stay. Not a very big deal to us, but I can imagine some might like this.

What's better than to sleep above the awesome bar? Super friendly stuff! Gave us nice tips and tricks for our stay. Bar itself was very nice, had some great food and beer. Even though it is above bar, it was very quiet and had a nice sleep. Bar closed at 11. They also have a little cute snack bar for the ones staying overnight. Very easy to get to city center and train station buy public transport.
