I reserved a room for my parents but when my parents arrived there, they said the breakfast is not included but I actually booked the room with breakfast and they told my parents the credit card I provided is invalid card and they cannot charge from it instead my parents have to pay. I have to call customer service to ask for the breakfast and credit card info but they ask me to provide a lot of information even including a copy of card with my signature on the paper… I have to pay the whole amount from WeChat to one of their customer representative but in the morning when my parents checkout from hotel they charged them again and told them they didn’t receive any money from me. I have to call back again because they didn’t comment on my payment….

Rooms were extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location near to shops and attractions. Breakfast was excellent and the manager Eric was extremely helpful and accommodating. Staff spoke good English.

From the moment we arrived the staff was super helpful and they even decorated the room for my wife's birthday! We had a very memorable stay and we would love to return to Pan Pacific any time we stay in downtown Beijing. The location is great as it is just a few minutes drive from the square and other historical sites as well as the hutongs and all of the local businesses that thrive in that area.

Hotel very clean, staff very friendly. Nice hotel bar.

Location. Short walk to subway, Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square and shops. Helpful staff. Really comfortable bed. Nice bar.
