Lovely Villa, great facilities, incl dishwasher, washing machine & Nespresso which were a bonus I was unaware of, don't recall seeing that in the description. Nice location, end of a gated complex which leads out to the coastal path. A 15 min walk (even with a crutch) to the Rubicon Marina, which is beautiful, has lovely shops and restaurants. Towels, Linen, washing up liquid pack included. Beds soooo comfortable (IKEA) Parking is also nice and close All in all, very satisfied with the stay at this Villa, would recommend and would return 💕 Download the link for https://superpedestrian.com/ amazing way to travel around, hop on, hop off electric scooters. Took them down to Playa Dorada beach (best beach we found for activities) also great nightlife there.

No negatives, just a couple of minor observations; a light fixture outside of the lounge window needs replacing as it's missing altogether, toilet roll holder in main bathroom missing and the toaster has to be held down manually, not major things but all very easy to replace.

Great location in our favourite area, the sea views were a real bonus. Very well equipped and thought has gone into little touches. There are lots of seating areas both internal and external, unlike other villas we have used these were all comfy. Spotlessly clean throughout. So good we booked next year's trip before we left!

the location is perfect , its quiet and private, anytime we wanted a taxi to town we went across to the hotel across the road. the walk down to the town is lovely along the beach strip also

the air con didnt work in either of the rooms upstairs but it did in the sitting room.

Privacy around the pool area could be better.

The place is located a short walk away from the shopping center, was clean, felt secure, had comfortable beds, a pool and outdoor furnishing with a grill which was perfect in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped, and even had a selection of teas and coffees!  The hosts were great and easy to reach with any questions. I'll definitely return if I'm in the area

A modern clean well equipped villa 10-15 minutes walk to the marina shops. Excellent outside area with both sun and shade. Easy parking and a quiet location. The pool got a lot of sun during the day ( unlike some other places we have stayed) making it warm enough to use in early March. Safe big enough for laptops.

Villa was amazing, very well equipped, beds were comfy. The pool was great, BBQ was great. The Villa is in a really nice area of Playa Blanca and about a 15 minute walk along the path to the marina where there are lots of nice restaurants. It was perfect.

The pillows weren't great, 2 were too much, 1 wasn't enough. The instructions of how to get the keys to the villa were a bit complex and it took us a while to find the key boxes.

Great location - quiet area, close to 2 supermarkets and easy walk to Marina / Beach. Villa is perfect, clean with everything you need! Will definitely recommend to friends and we are looking forward to booking our next visit!

The house is perfect for a little family, it provides everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were very nicely welcomed by Linda who explained everything and even provided a child' s cot and chair and small electric heating in case of cold nights which did not seem like an option from the booking description so it was a very nice surprise. It has a perfect location, close to the beach in a quiet area. It is true that it has a low fence and people can see inside but we were not really bothered by that, at least you can meet your neighbours.

There was only one negative point but for us quite important. Overall, the house was sufficiently clean but at our arrival we noticed that one of the toilet was not clean and the sheets were not changed. After we mentioned it to Linda, it was immediately cleaned and sheets changed but the idea that we would sleep in someone's else sheets (especially in times of covid) if we did not reclaim it, is not acceptable. I am aware that partly it was due to our earlier check in on our request and therefore less time to clean but this cannot be a reason for such a mistake.

Excellent property manager! Friendly and helpful checkin, nice pool, good area near promenade, airy villa.

Somewhat open so people walking by could look at you in the pool. A higher fence with vine flowers would be excellent for more privacy.
