The house was welcoming, large, complete, clean and made you feel at home

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The host, Annette was super attentive to the few minor issues we encountered. We chose this home based on the beautiful outdoor space as our trip was to relax around the pool area for some much needed sister time. The house was very clean over all with a few minor areas that needed a little attention. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The outside space is very large and the pool was great. The outside area could certainly use a little updating as the cushions on the furniture have seen better days. There’s a large swan style fountain that’s part of the pool but obviously hasn’t been operational for quite some time and should be removed or replaced. Other than those few issues I would certainly recommend staying here and I would surely stay again.

Our son was getting married and we needed a good size house for the event. Annette, was kind and really thought of everything for the house. I appreciated the extra sheets and towels. Even the espresso coffee cups, since we brought our espresso maker. The patio area was inviting, and she had extra chairs in the garage, which was great! We enjoyed the pool and for an extra charge, it was heated. The only thing that I could not find was a pizza cutter and a portable oscillating fan which was fine. Thank you again for sharing your home.

The host really thought of everything. The pool was amazing! The house is very clean and well stocked with towels, bedding, etc. It’s a quiet neighborhood and well-maintained. We certainly appreciated the snacks provided after a long day on the road! We will definitely book again.

Nice property great place to stay

The house was spectacular and a great place to unwind after long days at Disney World. The pool was lovely and heated (make sure to ask for it to be heated ahead of your trip). Ample space and quiet neighborhood. Will be back again for our next Disney trip as it was only about 15-20 minutes away!

This place was a great family spot so we could celebrate my son’s graduation.

My family stayed here to come together for Thanksgiving. The home was beautiful and large enough to host the 5 that stayed and the other 5 that came in just for dinner. The pool was warm from what looked like solar heating. Annette was a great host and allowed me to check in early based on my flight. The neighborhood was quiet and we opted for a bike ride and family walk in the early mornings , but could have selected tennis or basketball. Best experience ever!

My friends and I loved staying here over the holiday weekend! The home was clean and had plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows. We enjoyed the back patio and the pool, no heater required! Parking was no problem and the location was perfect for getting around the Orlando area. We would love to stay here again!

The property is beautiful and close to where we needed to stay. Communication was quick and just made the stay very easy.

4 bedrooms, 3 baths, plenty of seating inside & out. Pool was great, with water fall & fountains, good privacy (covered shelter) no bugs and a grill.

Property was great, host very responsive, would try hard to stay here again if I come back to Orlando.

It is the first time I went away with my family and the place was so so clean! For me cleanliness is the utmost important. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay, it was superbly comfortable and an amazing stay. I would highly recommend this place. The pool was yummy, clear water and amazing. If you can get this place you are lucky! Enjoy your stay!

Anette was a great house who was super responsive with all inquiries. The property was clean, put together nicely, and bad everything necessary for a extended weekend stay. Would highly recommend.

We had a nice time. We didn’t think we needed the pool heated in sept but we were wrong. So we asked for it heated and it took a few hours. She always answered when we asked a question in a timely matter

Our stay was wonderful, beautiful pool, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in Annette's gorgeous summer home for three weeks. It was so lovely, it had everything we could possibly need, and more. The house is as pictured and the furniture is very comfortable.The tv in the main living room is huge! We really liked the layout of the house, it provided, communal areas, a snug, and privacy if you wanted it. The beds were very comfy and offered a choice of firmness. The children loved the wonderful pool area. They splashed about in the large pool, to their heart's content, while we relaxed on the couch or loungers after a busy day at the parks. The community is well maintained and quiet. We explored the streets and strolled around the lake. We were even lucky enough to spot an alligator! Villa Sol community has a walmart and publix closeby. The disney parks are about 30 mins away, but longer if you want to avoid tolls. The airport is an easy 20 minute drive, and Annette's directions are excellent. But do expect to hear planes fly over the house. Annette is a super attentive, responsive host, and a really lovely lady. Nothing was too much trouble, she gave us great tips for restaurants and dealt with any queries or issues we had, immediately. We would definitely choose to stay here again. We had a fab time.

Nice place to stay. Lots of rooms, nice pool. Close to every attraction in Orlando. The owner is there for you when you have questions, she answered very quickly. We were there to relaxe and we were served. I recommande this house without any hesitation. Will rent again.

I get to the house and the pool is clean, shocked, free of bugs, the house is large and immaculate. While the 4 bedrooms seem like a small house description, the sprawling layout gives it a larger house feel with a living room and den and formal dining room. I didn't bring enough towels but the property provided plenty. The space was clean and nice and we all loved our stay. Wish we could've stayed longer. Awesome.

House was exactly as listed. The owner is very easy to work with and responsive. We used this place as a break from the parks and it was close to everything we needed. We all loved the pool.

This property is great for a family getaway. House is very spacious, rooms extremely clean and well kept. Pool was great, wish I knew that we had to ask for the pool heater ahead of time but now I know for next time. Close to the airport. I will definitely rent it again.
