Was very cozy and clean. Walls need to be painted. But Was a cute litte room for a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children under 8 fit cimfortablely. Nice view of llake and a beautiful playground across the street. The sweet waitress Was so Kind and Patient. Forgot her name.
Kitchen area needs updating and paint the room.

Super Lage - sehr ruhig. Sehr Warm im Zimmer. Ausgestatten mit allem was man braucht. Unkompliziert. Zuverlässig. Im Dorf ist ein Dönner laden - NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN. Auchtung - Bauchscmertzen+Übeligkeit am nächsten Tag

The first striking thing was that the rooms looked nothing like the pictures on booking. Second was the really bad smell coming from the drainage. It was everywhere and it was really bad. The whole property was not clean at all, I had to wash everything before using it including the shower. The worst was I had to shower myself and my 2y old in cold water in the evening because there was no hot water running. I am stunned anyone could ask this money for this really bad level of accommodation. We were horrified and only stayed one night.

Dust everywhere, especially behind the wardrobe, no heating on arriving, we’ve got a sleeping in the cold room, property owner didn’t answer on arriving. there is mold on the wall in the hallway, because of this there is an unpleasant smell in room, I don't know how it affects health. The owner does not care at all about the health of the guests and does not solve the problem.

Breakfast was nice, with several options for eggs and cold cuts, also with some do-it-yourself coffee options. Staff was kind, and the property owner made sure we were able to come outside of normal working hours.
There was a mold smell in our room, so we had to keep windows open through entire night, so we were cold. Also, the AC power was not working in our room on first night. Wi-Fi only works in breakfast area, not in our rooms.

We had privacy in the little cottage. Kitchen was well equipped. Really enjoyed our stay. Definitely gonna be back again 😁

Simple accommodation, but everything needed for stay and for very good price. Pet friendly! Good breakfast buffet +possibility to choose one "hot meal" from good menu per person, all included in price! Very good WiFi connection. Good flow of hot water in bathroom. Amazing location near the river and also close to the Roudnice nad Labem city!
Not so clean as needed to be for hotels/accommodations. Quite old furniture, also in bath room. Not too comfortable beds. Quite extreme stairs to the second floor.

We chose this place for the good price they offered for a single night stay on our way further on. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Family room had a separate entrance - this may be useful for longer stays. Our own kitchen to cook and to welcome our local friend for a chat. Little bar with beer and local Czech wine for great prices. Wonderful Labe river and Roudnice town just across the river - good reasone to stay here!
Generally - a bit run down place with good potential, but requires some refreshments. Two-floor apartment - may be fun at first, but not too convenient. Parking upon arrival was not clear, but no problems to find space on street.

Staff is nice and friendly and speaks English. Breakfast was good.
I've booked 2 separate rooms for 3 guests and it was confirmed via Booking.com, but on arrival there was only one room for 3 guests available. Nevertheless I was charged the same price as for 2 separate rooms.
Booking confirmation said breakfast was included, but I had to pay for it extra.
Also we had minor issues with shower funnel and lavatory pan.

Breakfast wasn't healthy or vegetarian friendly. But was an okay open buffet.
Receptionist tried to be helpful and proactive, though she couldn't speak any English at all.
The private parking was a scam unfortunately. :( There is a garden, but was already full, so I needed to park on the street. That's a pity, because I would have chosen an other property...

The pension meats standards you don't expect for this price. Communication, when ever needed was easy. I can definitely imagine to come back with family for a leisure stay some days
The foor in the room needs replacing. It was clean, but it doesn't look so. It's a small change that would help to improve the overall look dramatically. But I'm sure it will be done by nearer future.
