The room the location was great for are needs. loved that that the building had a cafe on site and that the supermarket was also on the same block. The rooms size was all that was needed .

Some of the fixtures were starting to show their age (range hood hinge broken tv remote not working due to corroded battery) but none of this bothered us the hood still worked and we used the bedroom remote. Confusion over arranging onsite parking having said that it was fixed on the day in minutes (thanks)

Location and value for money were exceptional

A few more staples would have helped especially arriving late. Some maintenance needed

Parking, we paid for a spot but sometimes other people were parked in our spot and we had to park on the street

We arrived at 2.00pm and had to wait for the room to be cleaned waiting 45 minutes.Then found we had no hot water in bathroom and shower for two days.Paid for parking space only to leave and come back and someone else was in it.Emailed and was allocated undercover parking.Found it very frustrating that we could only email and not talk to the hotel staff.The apartment needed a booklet on the table on arrival of how to deal with these issues and even things like where to dispose of rubbish

Property is tired, blocked sinks, no hot water for laundry or kitchen. It’s an ok two bedroom place at an ok price. It’s certainly not luxurious as suggested in the advertisement.
