- great location - it is placed right on the beach, 1 minute walk :) - private parking if you are travel with car - swimming pool on the territory

- facility need some renovation - small bathroom - sofa was not comfortable to sleep - train line is near, so it may disturb some kind of people

The property was directly on the beach, swimming pool and barbecue in the yard, beautiful balcony with sea view

the beach did not excite me, the sea is deep and the sand is not fine

Location was very good and we had the pool to ourselves at times The house has a well equipped kitchen and everything you need has been considered

The property is a little tired and needs an overhaul. Bathroom is very small and could be nicer. Also quite a long walk from hotel to beachfront village in the heat with our suitcases!, a coded key box would be better.

Good location near the beach with an outdoor pool. Secure parking on site with lockable gates onto the property and burglar alarm on the house linked to hotel.

Workmen on site four of the five days that we were there completing the building of the pool that was an inconvenience that we weren't notified of in advance of our stay although we did raise this and were offered alternative accommodation that was not suitable to us. We were hoping for a small discount on the price of a future booking should we return for a holiday here as it is a lovely location.

Everything was perfect! Very clean, the best location and view. The property is DIRECTLY on the beach! I really recommend it!

it was just perfect stay for our holiday. house right on the beach. on the other side many shops,pubs…everything what you need just walking distance.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom house. Great location right by the sea, with great views from the master bedroom and living space. Very large house for the kids to play in and lots of places to play hide and seek! Washing machine on site was useful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enclosed space away from the busy areas of Santa Susanna. Bbqs to use and a climbing frame. Great views from the balcony.

Balcony door had no glass and was patched up with cardboard instead, when we had a stormy day this started leaking and breaking up, the maintenance man just brought us more towels, not even any more parcel tape, so we propped tables against it to keep the draught out. We had to keep all food in the fridge or microwave away from the onslaught of ants, but we think they may have fitted a deterrent on our last couple of days. The shower heads didn't fit the fittings so had to be tied up or held in our hands The shower curtain also fell down. I'm hoping they are able to fix all these issues as it is otherwise a lovely spot and they didn't spoil the holiday, but they shouldn't have been like that for the amount we paid.

Day before we back to home from holiday someone stole our phones and cash .. we been on beach few hours and they beach is 2 min from house . Only person who can take this been men who working on the property on this time ... And all this time few person working there after hurricane destroyed few things on this property. So you can’t fill any private time .. loud sound from they morning when they fix something from garden
