No complaints about staff and facilities are very good other than things mentioned below.

Beds and especially pillows are not very comfortable. There are only 2 small lifts for the whole hotel and this makes things difficult at some times of the day having to wait for a long time for a free lift for my wife who uses a wheel chair. Food is not really very good, the hot food in the morning and evening is not hot or sometimes cold, things such as bacon seem to have been boiled rather than fried, chips were always only warm. Salads, pastries and desserts were all OK though, it just seems that someone needs a lesson in how to use the ovens correctly and more attention paid to keeping food on display at correct temperatures, how about using a thermometer now and again to avoid chances of food poisoning.

The air conditioning in the room was good, the location was right on the strip and very near the beach. There was nightly entertainment which we enjoyed the staff were all very nice and helpful.

IThe bed had a waterproof sheet on it. It moved with you and wrinkled. Very uncomfortable. It was a very basic room. No fridge or tea making facilities the towels were very poor quality but at least we got fresh ones daily. There was no food included with our booking. I ate breakfast and lunch there once and it wasn't great. We found the food overall in malgret de mer was not great. Chips come with everything. Outside of malgret de mer in other Spanish towns we visited the food was very good. Malgret de mer has a stunning beach but overall the place is run down and a fair bit of rubbish fag butt's on the ground and beach.

The quality of food was awful, and all the 7 nights if our stay the menu was almost the same . The way of serving was like a one star hotel. Also the quality of bed and bed cover was very bad. Not comfortable at all. Also die to small and insufficient number of lifts , we had to spend lots of time waiting for lifts.

The cleanliness is disappointing, in our room it was not good with the vacuum cleaner and dust on the surfaces. Parking very small although we chose this hotel for parking we had to park elsewhere for a fee. The lady at the front desk told me that parking is paid for at other hotels

Nothing to like

Everything. Food terrible we had to eat out . Clients were very scruffy and rough . Spa was outside . Only was a sauna and cold jacuzzi .

Very kind and helpful staff. Pleasant place where to stay and enjoy Spanish atmosphère.

Staff is friendly and helpfull. It is a busy hotel in a touristic place. We had to be there for a wedding and the hotel was ok for what we needed. A parking, good night sleep in a clean room and breakfast. But nothing more.

I have sent a request for a room in front of the pool, then I got an answer OK. When I checked in then I got room at the back of the hotel. It’s bad I was fooled. At the same time bed is not proper double bed, the bed moves during the night.

We have to check out at 10am then i ask them if wecan stay till 12 without paying extra change,then they alliw us.Good point for that. And the Reception staff are good.

The food.not so good.the Location is far from the Renfe train station and the Aircon its not functioning well..i booked 3 rooms all rooms the aircon is bad.
