During our stay for 4 days here, we noticed that some people monopolize several deckchairs by depositing their belongings each morning. Unfortunately, this completely deprives us of the possibility of enjoying the sun loungers. It's a shame because we haven't had the opportunity to enjoy it once since our arrival at the hotel. I would like to report this situation to the reception so that measures can be taken to allow all customers to benefit equally from the deckchairs. Sitting on a chair all day and seeing sun loungers that are free but impregnable because of the towels on them can be both physically and morally tiring.

Hotel was clean

Lots of food available but bland food, not a 4*. Very old fashioned. Entertainment poor, ballroom dancing and line dancing most evenings. Seemed locals came in to dance. Pool area very small for amount of rooms, 35beda for a hotel with 200+ rooms! Had to queue and run for beds, pool and beach. Hotel only gave out a handful of free beach sun beds. You have to pay for beach sun beds if you are not lucky enough to get a free voucher. 8 euros a bed and then another 8 euros for an umbrella. Staff watched everyone. All inclusive runs out at 12 midday on day of departure, and doesn’t start until 12 midday on day of arrival. So be aware of this.

Me and my families room stunk of cigarettes and alcohol and all you could hear til early hours was people shouting and singing. Also people congregate around your car (not sure why) its very intimidating and made us uncomfortable.

All the he staff were super friendly and very helpful The dining room although busy at all times, due to the size of hotel, was run very efficiently and the food was good and nicely presented The hotel and room was very clean

The internet wasn't very good. It kept dropping out and sometimes we had to go into reception to get a signal. Although this is a 4****s hotel, our room was in need of some tlc and towels were smallish and hard. Would have expected a little more luxury.

Hotel was not accommodating, was advertised with car park when booked and spoke to reception just to get there and be told we can’t park there and would have to leave our brand new motorcycles on the street as the BOSS said, the reception was soooo BAD was ZERO help and took around 2 hours to check us in as was TOOOO BUSY talking to others, we had to ask him please can you check us in as we have been waiting ages and travelling for nearly 18hours. OVERALL AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN, IT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAS NO REGARDS FOR ANYONE. DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Noisy room, street noises and corridor noises. Food was adequate, buffet style but plenty of it. Decor was retro or old. Really expected more for 4 star.

It was great stay, but I will focus on things what is important for each traveler. 1) We had room with separate beds, but Hotel made them together <3. Room had everything what you need for long stay and TV with 100 canals, in Polish, English, Spanish, French and other languages. 2) In the toilet was shower and bath with shower. Was provided everything for hygiene and shampoo + 4 towels which were changed every day and it was amazing :). Oh yes, also hairdryer+ 3) Air conditioner was working very good, if outside was +37 °C, inside it was possible to make +19-20°C. Just remember to turn it off at night. Also they have additional curtains which don't let room overheat. 4) Food!!! Oh... Breakfast, lunch and dinner, ALL the time they have different menu. We stayed for 9 nights, and every single day it was different menu, even on breakfast they were making different options. Everything was delicious, I will just add photos below. I highly recommend to take all inclusive, so you can order soft drinks and wine with beer during lunch and dinner. 5) Cleaning. Cleaning of rooms were every day! 6) All inclusive if we talk about drinks and alcohol. It is possible to order water, coffee, soft drinks, juice, beer, wine, some of strong alcohol and surprise, surprise, some of cocktails were also included, so don't understand why people complaining about it. 7) Possible to take place at pool if you come till 9:00. If everything is taken, they provide voucher, so you can take place at beach. 8) Very nice people are working at this hotel. Even if they don't speak your language, always were getting good service and things which I needed. 9) Hotel don't look old and they keep it in good condition. So basically I recommend to take all inclusive :)

When you make cappuccino in coffee machine it is automatically with sugar/sweet.

The staff is very friendly, especially Mr. Franki - the reception boss! The rooms were cleaned everyday, always had fresh towels. The food was absolutely wonderful, had different dinner every day with a lot of choices! The location is the best, right next to the beach!

The internet connection in the whole hotel is terrible and not stable. There is never free sunbeds at the pool, since there is too little of them for the whole hotel.

The room view, the bed comfort, the meals were diversified, the proximity to the beach, big bathroom, big tv, a usable balconi, very clean, a silent small fridge. Also 2 fast elevators

Wifi would go down from time to time but had very good range, i could be eating in a restaurant across the road and still have signal. The beach is very near and a big supermarket is also a small walk away. The curtains were installed on the contrary the darkest ones are near the window instead of the white ones. Parking was full but they give u instructions about the cost of stree parking and other solutions.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. The rooms are big enough with a nice balcony and we even had a seaview. The air conditioning worked. Everything was clean. There are four elevators so there is a short waiting time. The dinners were delicious (but the half board is without drinks or water). And the hotel is close to the beach and shops or bus to Barcelona.

Wifi doesn´t work very well. Breakfast was very stereotypical but hey - good for the price. The only problem was with sun umbrellas and beds on the beach. The hotel provides free vouchers for umbrellas and sun beds, which is nice. BUT if you travel as a single person the beach personnel refuse to give you an umbrella (even if you are on the beach early). They will provide an umbrella only for two people, not one. So you have to find complete stranger to share the umbrella with or you are out of luck even with the voucher. That wasn't polite. If you decide to pay for an umbrella - it is 7 euro for an umbrella and 7 euro for one bed, so quite expensive.

Location is excellent, very close to city.

We paid €15 per person for the dinner at hotel, which says drinks are not included. But i was suprised that they even sell water and you are not allowed to bring your own bottle of water. I quite understand selling soda and/or alcohol but selling water was quite disappointing. Therefore i would not recommend to pay for dinner at hotel. There are plenty restaurants around where you can have quite good dinner for the same price including drinks.

Close to the beach and all ameneties but quiet location. There was a leak in our bathroom, my husband went down to reception to ask if they could take a look at it. When he came back he said they would send someone up and two seconds later the maintenance man was at our door. Very quick response.

The pool is too small for the size of the hotel and there are not enough sunbeds. The food was mediocre in quality.

The Refurbished rooms are very clean and comfortable, nice evening buffet , plenty on offer to eat in evenings. Neus , Olga and Musta lovely staff , rest of staff lacked charm and personality.

The bright lights in bar and restaurant. Bad coffee & not enough healthy options at breakfast , staff seemed generally uninterested in wanting to know about their guests . €10 deposit for an ironing board . €10 deposit for each beach towel. €5 each day for beach lounger and parasol. Pool small and overcrowded.

4 lifts in reception area meant we never waited long for a lift. Ideal location for beach and town centre. Organisation of meals and catering excellent. Cards instead of wristbands for all-inclusive guests was a much better option.

Free wi-fi was very poor. Internet connect continually failed.

It is far from a 4 star hotel. It feels really old and the wifi is extremely bad unless you pay extra.
