Sehr liebevoll und individuell ausgestattet (Zimmer, schöne Terrasse) und arrangiert (z.B. Frpühstücksbufett). Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel in direkter Nähe zum historischen Zentrum von Tavira, aber dennoch sehr ruhig.
Die Schritte im darüberliegenden Stockwerk hören sehr deutlich zu hören.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prima locatie.
‘Junior Suite’ zit in een kelder, en heeft geen bruikbare buitenruimte. Douche was lauw. Foto’s op booking zijn wel erg flatterend..

SPBH est un hôtel de charme parfait pour un séjour à deux. Il est parfaitement situé au cœur de Tavira. L’hôtel est décoré avec soin, les chambres sont confortable et la literie haut de gamme. Le personnel est accueillant, et la cuisinière nous a régalé avec des plats simples mais extrêmement bien cuisinés (mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuné).

Everything! This is an amazing, beautiful property with wonderful staff! Breakfasts are fantastic. We felt spoiled during our whole stay and the staff ensured we had everything we needed. The rear, private courtyard for the property is a gem as it's hidden from the street.
Parking was tricky but to be expected due to the location of this boutique hotel.

It is a small boutique hotel that offers a very personal service - the staff were wonderful, extremely helpful in booking taxis, restaurants (and you do need to book in advance in Tavira), advice on ferries and so on. My sister was in recovery from a knee operation and the staff went to great lengths to help with carrying her breakfast out to the delightful courtyard and carrying cases up and down the many stairs. The rooms are quirky but very comfortable, the breakfast is tasty (ask for eggs if you like a hot breakfast), and the location is perfect.
There are a lot of stairs which is a challenge if you have more limited physical ability - it's an old building and the stairs reflect that.

A proper boutique hotel in every sense of the word.
Room was well prepared, spotlessly clean and just quirky enough to be charming.
Reception staff were very helpful in booking us some great restaurants and generally super helpful.
Outside area although small was perfectly adequate for a hotel with only 5 rooms and never felt busy.
If you want a break from soulless hotels, this is one for you.
Only small item was that coffee, tea sachets in room were not replenished.

This is a beautiful, small hotel in a great location near to bars and restaurants but still nice and quiet. The staff were really helpful and provided us with everything we needed including beach towels. Breakfast was delicious (especially the cake!).

São Paulo Boutique Hotel was the most beautiful, quaint hotel my partner and I have ever stayed in. The interior design was breathtaking, the room was so comfortable, clean, and unique, and the service was incredible. STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

the bathroom in our room is a bit 'open' with no second door but for a few days with just your spouse... no problem - would I have liked it to be a bit less expensive? sure - but I would not have wanted to stay in any of the larger hotels...

This was a wonderful little hotel filled with art, books and beautiful decor and all the little extras that make you feel comfortable - quality toilet paper, a wonderful bed and the breakfast and calm quiet atmosphere were si relaxing. I totally enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
There was a little street noise, but that comes with an excellent location.

The location is ideal. Mario, at the hotel was wonderful! He gave us lots of good information, and was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a lovely artistic style, combining antiques with modern art. We plan to return.

The staff, the location, the accommodation were all excellent. Our room was spacious, nicely apointed and as good as any luxury hotel. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfasts were ample and delicious and we were able to eat outside on the lovely patio.
Parking was a little scarce as the hotel is right in the middle of town. Suggest double parking in front of the hotel to unload and then drive to find a place to park.

The staff were incredibly attentive. They spoke multiple languages and assisted with all queries. Additionally, the hotel is simply beautiful. Each room has been dressed amazingly. Finally, the courtyard was perfect, especially for breakfast. Would definitely return!

Beautiful boutique hotel and staff was very warm and professional. The advise on local restaurants provide by Mario was perfect! Monica and dining staff were efficient and helpful. This is an exceptional place to stay and enjoy the beauty of Tavira. The bar/restaurant downstairs was wonderful.
