The property is homely and well presented, set in a beautiful area with fantastic views. The hosts are very welcoming, not to mention the pigs and the communication was great. Lovely log burner for cold evenings and everything you need including a fabulous welcome hamper

Clean, extremely well stocked with everything needed for self catering, high attention to detail on furnishings, games and DVDs provided. Superior welcoming hamper of quality food when we arrived

Amazing location, beautiful scenery, and an overall gorgeous cottage. The hosts were amazing and on request supplied us with a wonderful BBQ pack for our first night which was lovely. Very quiet and secluded. Peaceful with spectacular views.
The only issue we faced which was a slight problem was the Wi-Fi signal kept dropping in and out and sometimes went completely for X amount of time. Nevertheless, this wasn’t a complete make or break.

Property was light, airy and very spacious and all equipment and needs of guests had been catered for. Hosts provided an exceptional welcome hamper and included home baked items , produce from the farm and other locally sourced products. Excellent communication prior to arrival with comprehensive information and option of ordering pre prepared meals for first night. Really felt that hosts wanted to make sure that guests had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at their accommodation.

Welcome basket of food was excellent. Complete English breakfast for all 4 of us plus extras. Homemade lemon cake also.
Perhaps could have done with an opening bedroom window.

I spent Christmas time with my family in this cottage house. There were Christmas decorations inside and outside and it was very warm in the house. The welcome basket was full of food, delicious homemade brownies. Large kitchen open to the dining room and living room. I had all the kitchen stuff I needed to cook my Christmas food. Very quiet area and nice view around. I recommend to everyone 😀

Absolutely beautiful cottages in a stunning rural location. It’s on a gorgeous farm with lovely views and animals.
Great location to be away from it all with the family and our dog and to explore north Devon.

Superb welcome hamper; really good to have properly sharp knives. Location was superb. Gas BBQ was one good bonus; farm shop was another,
would be nice to have a bit more space for storing clothes, eg twin bedroom could have a useful chest of drawers rather than the dressing table. And it would be nice to have a mirror in the twin room's en-suite that a gentleman could shave with standing comfortably at the sink.

Great countryside location, lovely cottage great hosts who came out on a Saturday evening to help us with bbq. Peace and quite with nature all around. Will definitely book again to get away from the city lifestyle. 🙂🙂🙂👌👌👌❤️❤️❤️

We've stayed before, so there's little to add on our previous review. It's a very comfortable rental home, we particularly liked how it was equipped for proper cooking rather than a bare minimum of kitchen utensils. The welcome pack is very generous, and being on a working farm is a bonus. Highly recommended.

The log fire and the hamper/ cakes on arrival was great thank you. Lovely cottage with excellent views. Owners very friendly and welcoming.
Beds weren't overly comfortable and there were stains/ a smell on the pillow cases.
