Very friendly host - extremely helpful throughout. Property sent detailed instructions on how to enter outside of the hours the reception was open (did not apply to us but was very thoughtful and timely).

- Massive room - "Airbnb" type feel with pots and pans so you can cook if you want - Big bathtub - Decent location, 10 min walk to nearest trains - Located close to bus routes to Gion or Bamboo forest.

- No receptionist after a certain time so after-hours check-ins are done via video call to an agent offsite who will confirm your details and take a photo of your passport. Not bad but an interesting experience!

The hosts were super friendly, the facility was spic and span,and looks new Location was decent- close to train station, bus route,grocery store. The apartment is comfortable,modern and well furnished. Had everything one would need for stay- home away from home! Would highly recommend this place!

The place is easy to find and close to to popular tourist destination. The staff were very friendly and helpful plus they can communicate to a non-japanese speakers like us. I like the space for the family of four and it is super clean and organize. The shampoo, conditioner and body soap were amazing so my husband ask the staff if he can buy it from them which they allow us to do so.

It would be perfect if there is a paking space on the apartment hotel. However, closeby parking is availble which the price for overnight is not bad at all.

Great location, in a quiet residencial neighborhoos, with walking distance to the two top attractions of our kids choice, the Manga museum and the Nijo-jo Castle. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with everything you might need! It had comfortable beds, it was super clean (you must leave your shoes down by the hotel entrance in shoe lockers) and plenty of space for our family of four.
