This is a beautiful hotel modern and clean. We loved it in particular the communal bath which I used every afternoon, loved it. We asked for an upgrade to a room with a balcony and it was great. JUST LOVED IT.

Gebrek aan persoonlijke touch van het personeel. Het woord “ arrogant” past niet , maar ik vond ,in tegenstelling tot eerdere ervaringen in Japan, het personeel afstandelijk. Wellicht niet de juiste crew getroffen.

Wat een heerlijk hotel, over letterlijk alles is nagedacht! Erg schoon, netjes en een hotel met luxe in de kleinste details.

het onbijt is uitgebreid, maar ook weer ergens erg beperkt en aan de dure kant. Op het station 1 minuut van het hotel zijn leukere ontbijt opties en lekkerder.

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel and the service level by the staff was excellent. It was quite convenient to travel around as it is quite close to the Trains Station.

Perhaps breakfast variety could be improved.

Location is good. We like the breakfast and coffee bar.

Cleaning should be improved in the carpet and corners.

我住了3天,1間雙人房,和1間3人房,3天都沒有訂餐,都在京都車站吃美食和逛超市買草莓吃~~這裡的浴室寬敞又乾淨、經過翻新整修的房間離京都車站後站走路5分鐘，附近離便利商店也很近，房間裡面不大，房間裝潢的風格很喜歡,但房間非常的小,必須把東西移來移去才有辦法把行李箱打開但該有的都有，有浴缸可以泡澡，四樓也有大澡堂，下午時段有提供免費的飲料，每層都有洗衣機，販賣機，1樓有吸菸室,5樓也有微波爐~附近也有便利商店，很方便！整體服務很棒。

the room is great, especially the bathroom. the hotel also has washing machine and vending machine on the floor i am staying at very nice. the location of the hotel is near Kyoto Station which is great The hotel staff were also very helpful in assisting me in the booking of a restaurant.

The Room is great and i really like it, i find it weird that the room seems to lack in hooks for you to hang your clothes, You see we went there during the winter and some clothes can't dry using machine as such you had to hang dry them, i would recommend adding 2 or more hooks in the room for the guest to hang the clothes using the hangers available.

The proximity of the Hotel to Kyoto Station was a huge advantage. The positive attitude and professionalism displayed by Axen at Front Office was noteworthy. He was a great ambassador for Rihga Gran Kyoto

The rooms could be a little more spacious and the Coffee/Tea Vending machine at the lobby be available to all guests irrespective of their plan having breakfast.

The hotel was located very close to the station and atmosphere was very elegant and japanese style . Stuffs were very friendly and kind.

到着してすぐフロントの方が“本日はお疲れ様でした”と言っていただきすごく気持ちいい気分になりました。エレベーターのところまでお見送りいただき、接客が素晴らしいと思いました。又、騒がしい音も聞こえなかったし、ゆっくり過ごせました。お風呂が洗い場とセパレート様式だったので、すごくありがたかったです。朝食の三段お重は視覚的にも楽しめました。

お部屋が少し狭くて圧迫感がありました。空気清浄機を始動さすとほこりが舞い上がって汚かったです。加湿器の吸水タンクにも水垢が浮いていました。

1.地點優良，剛下京都車站就可走路抵達，不用再搭計程車或走很遠的路 2.房間很大，打開兩個行李箱綽綽有餘 3.浴室很大，還有很大的浴缸 4.房間跟大廳都很美

1.地點離鬧區有1~2公里的距離，逛街結束後回飯店有點疲憊 2.訂購時沒注意到是雙床房，有些誤會

Great location, close to everything. The room is very clean and tidy. The hotel feels very class and includes free drinks such as coffee and fruit juice. There are even free hot springs available to use. The check-in process was also simple and fast.

The breakfast buffet did not have much variety in the food choices. Besides that, I have no major complaints nor issues about this hotel or it's staff and services.

- Walking distance from Kyoto station (about 8 mins). - Really comfy bed and sheets - had a great sleep. - Love style of the room and the bathroom. Best bath tub ever! Even the kettle in the room was quite impressive (unique). . - Love love love the stylish Japanese PJ's. So unique, lovely and comfy to wear to bed and around the hotel. - The staff were all great - The bento breakfast box was beautiful!

Only one thing was wrong. Noticed that the wooden panel floors from the door to the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There were some dirty smudges left by the previous guest.

It was clean, comfortable beds, great location, has laundry machines, easy check in/out, they stored our luggage after we checked out

We were 3 people in the room, so with the extra bed it was a bit tight. With only two people it would have been great!

. We had a great stay with exceptional customer service! The food on their restaurant is also superb! My kids really enjoyed our stay. Though we had so much walking to do at daytime the communal bath is a great way to end the day!
