The breakfast was good. Lots ofnegg options, some cheese, tea and coffee. Bread was available. Olives etc.

Found a tick in the room under the bed. 3 roaches greeted me when I took a shower. Was moved across the hall when I complained. One of the guys working there always had a disapproving look on his face. We paid 8000 TL for them to call us a taxi for the airport....cheaper to get one of the many many taxis on the street. Oh yeah and the cleaning lady doesn't do the best job, but you get what you pay for at $35 a night.

Staff was very aggressive , room was not clean, fraudulent property , they stole me money for taxi , poor cleaning.

The hotel room had bedbugs that practically bit me all over my body. You cannot see them in the daylight ,but when I was leaving I saw three bugs on the bed and I didn't know at first what they were .I went home and after 2 days of my stay all my body was covered in red itchy dots , I am on medicine and injections and it's terrible ,the itching does not stop and it lasts for so many days. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL under no circumstances !!! The photos show only 1/3 of my condition ,it's far worse in real !

the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in and the worst service ever

The hotel offers a valet service for your car, which is extremely useful with this crazy traffic in Istanbul.The breakfast was very good, many options to choose from, eggs, salami, bread, butter, vegetables, cereal, soft drinks etc. Nice and very friendly staff.

No option to pay with card for the room, cash only in EUR or TRY. Housekeeping didn't leave toilet paper for 2 days, otherwise good.
