It was great stay at Da Nang near sea beach. 2 minutes of walking distance from Sea to this hotel. We stayed at the upper floor and view was great. Beds were comfortable and clean. Washroom was good enough but water pressure was low. We had a good view from our room.
Breakfast was mostly designed with Chinese foods. More international cuisines should be added. Staffs behavior were good.
Water pressure on the flush was too low. Breakfast should include more international cuisines.

Location was good, just a short walk over to the beach.
Aircon in the room was cold, a good respite from the heat.
Bed was comfortable, wifi was strong
Family suite was big enough for pax 2A3C, with beach view.
Bottled water was provided when requested.
Staff were efficient and friendly
Only one key card provided per room. When you exit the room, even if you don't want housekeeping, the DND light will be switched off.
Lift had no keycard security. Anyone can have access to the hotel and facilities.
Only rainshower was working in the bathroom for family suite. There was no option to switch to the shower head.
Not enough hanging pegs for clothes in the family suite.

I love everything about Pavilion Hotel Đà Nẵng. I have now stayed there three times in the last two years.
From the morning to the evening, the staff are professional and will tend to your needs. The breakfast buffet has a great spread, the rooms are as clean as a whistle, the rooftop pool is simply incredible and looks better and better as the day goes on.
I will only ever stay at Pavilion when I visit Đà Nẵng.

Lep moderen hotel, čisto in urejeno. Osebje se zelo trudi za urejenost in je zelo prijazno gostom hotela . Hrane je bilo pri zajtrku veliko na izbiro, tudi po želji… Bazen je dovolj velik za ohladitev in krasen razgled. Najina soba je bila velika in prostorna, postelja velika in zelo udobna. Hvala, pridemo še.
Zjutraj ni bilo svežih brisač na bazenu, zgleda da so pozabili, da nekateri radi plavajo že zjutraj.

The hotel is located in a good location as the beach is within walking distance from the hotel.
We were served a welcome drink when we checked in at the hotel. We were provided rooms on the 17th and 18th floors.
The rooms were modern and clean. In the bathroom shower, there were no curtains or glass to prevent water from spilling all over the bathroom.
Although the breakfast buffet had a lot of items, we had few options for our liking.
The views from the rooftop are good though the pool is okayish.
1. We had an early morning flight and so on the previous evening, I made a booking with the hotel reception to arrange
for a cab to drop us off at the airport. The cab was delayed by over 25 mins and then we were looking for a grab taxi to drop us off at the airport, the hotel asked one of the other vehicles, which was a little small for us, to drop us off at the airport.
Also, because of the reunification holidays, the airport was pretty busy that and we would have almost
missed our flight.
2. The USD-VND exchange rate offered at this hotel was one of the worst ones in my entire Vietnam trip.
3. Also, because of the reunification holidays, the hotel charged us a 30% surcharge on the regular rates of the cab to drop us at the airport.

Swimming pool was exceptional. Wonderful view to the beach and city. Breakfast was great. Room beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Very friendly staff.
We were distracted by people’s noice outside the room.

Location was perfect for our needs, very close to My Khe Beach. Rooftop swimming pool was wonderful. Rooms were spacious and modern with fantastic views of both the city and the beach. Staff were very helpful and really friendly. Breakfast was fine with a choice of eggs cooked to order being our go to.
Overall an excellent choice for our stay in Da Nang and we would happily return as it was brilliant value for what we paid.

Location of the hotel is great. There are couple of grocery shops beside the hotel. It's right next to the beach with great view from the top.
The gym needs a bit more care and upgrade.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was good and the hotel in a great location.
The shower in the bedroom flooded the toilet area every time it was used. We had to put down loads of towells every time. The light over the sink did not work until day 3 of our stay at which point it stayed on permanently over night and was so annoying I had to switch it off by way of the fuse box.

Overall is good. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Have a small supermarket and western restaurant besides.
