Visited this place during May 12-14, 2023. It's around 365 km from Bengaluru. Around 9 hrs journey including 2 breaks totalling 1.5 hrs. The homestay is at a great, peaceful location, almost at the outskirts. It is a pretty big villa kind homestay with 3 rooms in the ground floor and probably 2 more in the first floor, accessible via duplex type stairs. The entire homestay is very neatly maintained , absolutely hygienic, equipped with AC and fan in all the rooms. There is a big living room + 2 dining halls - both inside and outside the villa. Washrooms were pretty neat too. Every item placed inside villa is so carefully and beautifully chosen to match the interiors. Truly impressed with the entire design of villa. You will be welcomed by a dog - which is so friendly and quiet and did not pester the guests at all at anytime. Also the entire villa is surrounded by lawn at all sides. There is parking space for 2 cars inside villa campus, other cars can be parked outside the property and the road is pretty wide too. The property is taken care by a middle aged couple who were very helpful and approachable. They responded to any kind of help we needed. Breakfast is complimentary and is part of accommodation package. For lunch and dinner we were given contact details of a neighbor named Anitha who stays very close to the property. We were served home food prepared by Anitha and trust me the quality of food was top notch and extremely tasty. Even though we made sudden requests for all our meal requirements, she so patiently accommodated all our requests without any hindrance. We placed all our orders via phone call and the pricing is very cheap too. I definitely suggest this place to anyone who wants to visit Mangaluru. Surrounding places to visit: boating, wildlife sanctuary, planetarium at a nearby location called pilikula nisargadhama, 65 km to malpe beach.

Everything is good

This place is located next to Pilikula Nisargadhama. Wonderful location. Outside the hustle and bustle of the city, but still very near to the Vamanjoor town in Mangalore. The property maintenance is simply awesome. Very well taken care by the caretakers. Also the food provided by Anitha is homely and easy to the pockets. Will surely come again as and when we visit Mangalore.

The cleanliness and ambience All was good. In the breakfast, if fruits could be added it would be a healthy option for guests.

Their dog is also adorable.

Would be good to mention it if their are visitors who are scared of dogs
