Some rooms had damp smell and one room had Mould. But the management changed it promptly.

ROOM DECORATION
ON 13.01.2024 OUR DINNER BILL WAS AROUND INR.2900/- AT THEIR RESTAURANT. THOUGH I HAVE INFORMED THEM, THEY HAVEN'T PROVIDED 10% DISCOUNT (APPROX INR 290) ON THAT DAY. I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL TO THEIR GM. THEIR WAS NO REPLY AND RESOLUTION AND THE RECEPTIONIST HAS INFORMED THAT IT'S NOT POSSIBLE AT THEIR END.

The rooms are quite small which fits a smaller double bed.
the big amount of light switches makes complicated to switch the light off before bed and I didn't like the way the member of staff approached us. As foreigners everyhitng extra we have requested was almost double of the normal price. I'm surpriced how this is still happening even now people can check how much things are costing via internet.

the property had cancelled my reservation and I was not intimidated about it. I landed up at the hotel and they informed me about the cancellation. I had nowhere to go but contact back booking.com to help me get an alternative booking. how can a hotel cancel without informing the customer

Room was ok.
Staff are not very friendly. They reject our reasonable requests also on flimsy reasons. Especially front desk was very rude when we were checking in. So we tried to minimize our interaction with staff during our stay.

One night I asked for water which is a basic need. It is complimentary for customers. Instead of that their staff delegated me to call 454 which is a paid service. Unnecessarily I paid 120 rupees.
During booking of the room I didn't find anywhere that I have to 1000 rupees if I do early checking like before 3 hrs. I will say it's a hidden charge which I paid.
Their complimentary breakfast was not good at all. They don't have varieties.

1) The rooms were small and the room 307 allotted to us was having some issues, even after 2-3 hours after mopping the floor remained wet. we requested and moved to a different room.
2) restaurant had very few options in breakfast. and restaurant staff were really slow

Cleanliness. The rooms are just as displayed in the pics. They were well maintained. Spick and span!!
Room service for food was not great. They did not have the ingredients for some of the items on the menu. They even did not deliver tea from their inhouse restaurant.

I was charged 35% extra of total room cost/day for 2 hours early check-in. The early check-in clause wasn't mentioned anywhere while booking. I booked the Property going by other reviews, looks like paid reviews or biased ones, the property isn't as great as the other reviews are. I might not return again.

Breakfast was pretty good. Location is good. Room was cleaned well.
There was no hot water. Everytime we went out and came back, the bathroom reeked of cigarette smell. Maybe vent problem. Couple of lights weren't working in the room. Rooms could have been a bit bigger or the rate less.
